A simple set of looped resistance bands, they come in a plastic bag and are individually wrapped in plastic. They come with a storage bag and a leaflet detailing exercises that is well written. The downside to these is that they seem slightly sticky and they were quite firmly stuck to themselves. I’m sure this would ease off with use though.

These five resistance bands are good as a starter kit. They come in a small storage pouch and a little leaflet with some exercise ideas. The bands vary in thickness and the thinest one feels as though it could snap under too much pressure whereas the thickest band has good resistance. Good value for the price.

Just what you would expect from looped resistance bands. There is 5 different strength (resistance) bands each with their own colour for ease of selecting. They feel durable and soft on the skin. Also included is drawstring carry bag, so they can be stored or carried allowing ease of access in any environment. There is a small instruction leaflet. They are a great addition to workout regime for strength training or rehab. I think they are very good for £5.99 (at time of purchase).

I have had multiple knee surgeries which has left me with weakend, imbalanced leg muscles.I know I needed to strengthen them but I don't want to join a gym and I don't have space for bulky equipment.These bands come with a little drawstring bag and are easy to store away in a drawer.There is also a suggested exercise sheet, with pictures, which is very helpful.The 5 resistance levels are helpful, although I've only used the lowest two to start with.The 4 stars is because I just wish they were slightly bigger so I could stretch out my lower leg fully but other than that the quality is good, they're functional and offer good value for money.

Good set of exercise bands, I wanted some to do glute exercises with. These come with 5 resistances, clearly marked and a little pouch to store them in. Also a nice exercise instruction sheet. I found I had to use the thickest band to do my exercises as the rest didn't offer enough resistance and stretched very easily when doing hip thrusts with a band and weight. I suppose the lower resistance bands may work for other exercises, though I haven't tried yet
