I am really happy with the quality of these golf balls. They are not at the level of a super high quality, never used balls, but given that these are so cheap and they have been recycled, allegedly, I am quite happy with this purchase. I feel like "lake balls" means that they've gone around and stollen a bunch of balls that they are now selling in bulk.

Using recycled golf balls is a great idea, my golf club sells lake balls as do most clubs and they tend to be £1 or £1.50 each depending on the brand, model and condition.These recycled balls were all undamaged but with a fair amount of user identifying marks on, they could be cleaned better but that would add to the cost.The ideal use of these balls is for junior players, as they can then decorate their golf balls with whatever pattern they desire, thereby hiding any marks already on the balls.The balls are decent enough quality for most junior players and for the cost of £10 for 12 it is cheaper than buying lake balls at the golf club.

With a set like this it's all about condition; and none of the balls in my sample had any major defects. Everything of note was purely cosmetic. Of course what you get is going to vary for each box.Of this particular set, most were in pretty much like-new condition. A few had some scuffs; residual dried-on muck (sap/resin?) and a couple with personal markers/stamps present.I do think a few of them could be cleaned up a bit more, but its really not going to affect their performance.As a value proposition for decent branded balls, this is a great deal.Reusing items like this is a great idea and absolutely something I support; particularly as they don't have to be remanufactured; just fished out, cleaned up and put back into circulation.

These golf balls are all of good quality with only minimal marks like pen or scuffs. They are all different types/ages of maxfli balls but on the whole the ones I got all seemed quite new.The balls themselves have a good feel, although you can tell that they are not premium branded ones, and there is a slight noticeable difference in the range you get from them. This however is not enough to worry about if you're not a serious or pro golfer. They are a good quality and affordable option for new starters or those who spend more time looking for their ball than actually playing!It is a much more eco friendly alternative to buying new balls too which is great.Overall, I would recommend these.
