The directions are pretty simple – take two tablets before each of your 3 (balanced) meals. That’s 6 tablets a day, and you get 30 tablets in the pack, so (if my maths is accurate) that’s 5 days worth of supplements. At time of purchase, it was £8.99 for a pack. I'll leave it up to you if that's good value for money.Most obvious question to answer is, how good are they at weight loss/appetite suppressant. Unfortunately for me they didn’t do anything. As always, everyone’s body is different and will react to supplements differently, but I didn’t even notice any difference to my appetite. My weight didn’t go down at all.To give the capsules a fair review, my stomach is very sensitive and they didn’t cause me any problems. They are relatively easy to go down with your glass(es) of water.

Although on the face of it, £8.99 seems to be a fair price for a pack of 30 capsules, when you consider that you're supposed to take six (6) each day, suddenly, it doesn't seem to be such good value. If you were to take them for a month, it would cost you £54!Nevertheless, I've been duly taking the capsules before each meal, and with plenty of water to activate the swelling properties of the konjac, and to be honest, I haven't noticed any difference. This could be because as a matter of course, I always drink 500ml of water before a meal, and lots of water throughout the day (roughly 4 litres altogether); however, I'd have thought that I'd have felt some effect by now, and I haven't, so I cannot recommend these capsules.

Glucomannan or Konjac as it's known to followers of the keto diet for it's low carbs, is a great source of water soluble fibre that can be an aid to digestive regularity or as a dietary aid for making you feel fuller because it swells up in your tum.This needs to be taken with lots of water/fluids because if you don't you'll be a rather sorry soul with a bloated stomach & a reverse of any aid to digestion, it'll slow things down instead. The fibre absorbs fluid like a sponge so just do it. This acts like psyllium in a way which comes with the same advisory. This supplement offering comes in 30 easy to swallow capsules taken just before a meal with the suggestion on the packet to...yes...you guessed it...drink 2 glasses of water. If that combination doesn't fill you up with a meal nothing will.Obviously you aren't getting a huge supply with 30 caps as the suggestion is to take 2 caps with your meals. Assuming you took 2 at breakfast & 2 at your evening meal the packet is only going to last you just over a week which isn't long. If you want to take them for all three meals you're not going to get beyond 5 days worth. To get yourself on the diet path for a month that really increases the price to silly which is why I'd only consider these as a launching pad to try konjac out & not a long term source of this kind of fibre.It's handy having this fibre in capsule form as it has been known to cause choking if taken dry or with insufficient fluid. But sadly I think even if this is a high quality supplement it just works out to be too expensive.Sorry, can't recommend based on price for long term use.

In terms of weight loss I cannot comment directly, as I do not have enough time between the review deadline and the products time scale for working - however - I am giving two stars because you need to take so many of these each day, you'd need multiple packets for it to become a sustainable part of your routine and regime. I do a lot of exercise and have used 'fat burners' before (no not the illegal kind, I mean standard ones) which are effective, but also had a physical feeling when you take them of an energy boost etc. I feel absolutely nothing with these - again however, not enough are provided for me to 'do it properly' and see the big difference - but I think it works out at nearly 6 a day (2 each 'meal time' with water) I have had other products from this brand which are excellent, but apart from the sleek packaging, I think this is a lot of effort as with many you don't need to many to swallow each day!Would be great to read a review from someone doing it properly and who took measurements prior, was able to consume enough etc - I do however feel the ingredient in this product is reasonable and it feels 'safe' for you to take rather than a large concoction of ingredients many of these similar products contain.I do however advocate for healthy eating, supplements and EXERCISE over quick fix injections - don't do that. You'll regret it!
