    As an ex smoker and then a vaper who was trying nicotine inhalers to move off the vape, this is a perfect transition in the giving up journey. The mint flavour is great. What I don’t know is how long it lasts or whether there’s a refill option (seems not but don’t know for sure). So for me it’s an important part of the giving up journey as a useful tool. With gving up. it won’t work miracles - the most important part of giving up is to get your mind set right. I will try to buy some more flavours to continue the journey.
