I actually love doing laundry - it's my guilty pleasure. My favourite time of the month (or whatever time period) is when it's time to choose a new laundry liquid, fabric conditioner and those unstoppable-type fragrance balls. I'm not loyal to any brand and I love trying new fragrances. I therefore jumped at the chance to try this and really don't know why I haven't used it before.You use half a cap alongside your fabric conditioner in the same drawer. I used it with a very lightly fragranced laundry liquid and the conditioner I am using up at the moment - which is not the same fragrance as the scent booster and when it came out of the washing machine, it smelt so nice and fragrant. Some of the wash went out onto the line and others went into the tumble dryer and both loads smell gorgeous.For the price at the moment (£3.98) I would say this is a bargain - I might have to think twice or shop around at its full price of £6 though. I'll definitely use this up and buy it myself (price dependent) if I see it in the supermarket. I'd happily buy this fragrance and I'd like to try the other fragrances in the range too.

I made a point of using unscented detergent and no conditioner, so as to really test the effect of this stuff and make sure it wasn't being compromised by other products.You just add half a cap to the conditioner drawer of the washing machine (you can use a capful but I'd suggest that's going to be overkill).I always wash on the shortest, coldest wash possible for economy unless I'm washing whites, so this product, designed specifically for short/cold cycles, is perfect for me.On getting the wash out fo the machine I was fairly impressed by the effect of this stuff - there definitely is an additional smell, and it's not at all checmical, it smells very natural and outdoors-y. It's not overbearing, but it does last - some of the washing has been in the pile for a few days now and when I pick it out the scent is still there.I'm not one for overpowering products that make everything smell like a Turkish knocking shop, so this kind of natural scent is good for my needs.At the current discount price (under £4) I'd say it's good value, especially if you only use half a cap per wash.
