There very effective in getting rid of trapped wind. There very easy to swallow there a soft gel like tablet. I would definitely recommend

Two packs of 20 gel caps, supplied in foil push-out strips.Very easy to swallow, I have found them to be very effective, I prefer gel caps to the more chalky formulations.

Easy the take and help relieve symptoms of bloating, sulphur burps and trapped wind. It has helped with the side affects of mounjaro which is great.
