This vanilla meal replacement mixes well and I prefer it mixed with milk to water. It has oats in it which makes it an unusual - though not unpleasant- texture. The taste is very sweet and is easy to measure. The package seals well between uses and this packet contains 17 servings for £30 which I feel is quite expensive.

Good value protein powder and the protein content 30g is good as a substitute for whole foods if your cutting down to loose weight. Taste is good I normally add honey to it.

I've been a fan of Sneak products for a while now and was ecstatic to see their first venture into the vast protein shake market. Despite much hope, this protein shake did not impress me, where expectations and standards are expectedly high.I'm pleased to see Sneak still pushing ahead with the low sugar focus for a meal replacement that initially offers promise. This mealtime shake includes only 5 grams of naturally containing sugars, a comfortable 30 grams of protein, and 25 essential vitamins and minerals and is vegetarian-friendly with no artificial colours. In terms of texture, this is very much an oaty drink with a corresponding flavour, in my case, vanilla. As this is intended as a meal replacement, the serving portion is quite large. The instructions require you to add 4 scoops to about 500ml water or milk.I tried this with both water and milk and frankly, both my tongue and stomach were not too pleased. As promising as the nutrition maybe, I couldn't stomach the drink. Immediately, I was hit but a very strong artificial sweetener taste. I have had much worse-tasting protein shakes but this super sweet taste was still not welcoming, especially for a Sneak product. Mixed with the oaty, bumpy like texture, I was unable to drink anymoreThe truth is the protein market is super competitive, and as someone who's tried countless brands, this experience is not too surprising - in the end, however, taste is still everything.

I nix the powder with milk and it tastes great, definitely like vanilla. Beware that the powder is really, really sweet. The smell of the powder itself is quite chemical I would say, but once mixed in liquid there is no chemical taste. However, it is not very filling. After using 4 scoops with 800ml of milk, I find myself hungry again within 30min. It mixes well in milk.The protein in this powder comes from whey and peas. The pea protein is typically not the best when it comes to building muscles, so you do not get the same value as when you drink the same amount of pure whey protein.

Very nice taste and texture, I found it more filling than other meal replacements I've tried. The only downside is the resealable bag is not so resealable, nothing a couple of clothes pegs can't fix!
