Slim and handles nice. Transfer of data, photos, apps etc. from my other phone was easy. (You'll have to sign in again to your apps). Live videos are flicker, stutter and buffering free. 6.8" screen good size for you tube, live news feeds etc. Excellent quality photos. (Earphones jack handy as the speaker not the loudest but still good quality.) Performs like a high-end phone. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and have no hesitation in passing on my recommendation.

Superb, but then it is Apple after all! I've been buying the SE range for my wife since they first came out, she's had every generation so far, and has now added the 16E to her list. The only thing she was concerned about was having to swipe on the screen to perform actions that she used to do by pressing the home button. But she picked it up remarkably quickly and it really wasn't an issue as she'd expected it to be! The specs are great, it runs more smoothly than her SE 3rd generation due to the improved chip and extra RAM, and the larger screen size was a real bonus. The quality is typically Apple, and she's really happy with its smooth performance and is glad she made the move even with no home button! Top marks to Apple as always!

Apple agreed that the phone was defective after 3 hours on the phone to them with instructions that it be returned to Apple via Bolo. Is this the typical type of problem experienced when a new model is released. I will probably buy again but only when I believe the 16e has overcome initial problems. The problem was exacerbated because I took the SIM card from my old iPhone and inserted into the 16e and then my old phone would not accept the SIM card back.. Another hour on the phone to Vodafone who eventually agreed to send me a new SIM card. All very frustrating!

Looks excellent, however, I still haven’t had chance to have my 02 SIM transferred. Looking forward to using.
