This jigsaw is FSC certified and comes in a cardboard box with no shrink wrap, and with the recycled cardboard pieces packed in a sealed paper bag, so it’s good to see Falcon de luxe adopting an eco-friendly approach. The box also contains a small poster of the jigsaw image for reference when assembling, which is slightly larger than the picture on the boxThe attractive ‘Walkies’ design is well printed in good colours, and the jigsaw has a satin finish to prevent light reflecting off the surface when you’re assembling. The picture contains lots of detail, so I expect it to be a medium level challenge that would be suitable for a wide range of ages and puzzle experience.The pieces are well cut and fit together easily, and they’re made from a blue board that feels relatively sturdy. Unfortunately one piece in my jigsaw was damaged (see photo), it has snapped but not completely through so it won’t stop me completing the jigsaw but will be visible as it won’t lie flat. I realise that this can happen and some puzzle makers offer a replacement piece service but I can’t see this mentioned above or on the box for this jigsaw.At the current price of £10 (with 23% discount) I think this jigsaw is decent value and I appreciate the eco-credentials, but I’ve removed one star for the damaged piece/lack of a replacement service.

This is a high-quality puzzle that is well-made and really good quality. Measuring in at 68 x 49 cm it is compact, well manufactured and great fun to do.The thousand piece kept us occupied for quite awhile and a few of us shared putting it together which was great. The pieces fit together very well and it is nice that the packaging is environmentally sound and the box the right shape for the amount of pieces.It's 100% recycled cardboard as well which is great.
