Absolutely no benefit taking this. Waste of money and completely false promises.

Firstly, these come packaged in a zip-lock bag, after you tear off the top strip. Standardised packaging, but non-recyclable, which is a little disappointing. One of the images states "Eco friendly packaging" - I would question what is eco-friendly about something that is not biodegradable or recyclable??? The packaging is oversized too, it could be half the size (please see my contents image). So, again, not "Eco friendly" in the slightest.There was no taste at all to these capsules, they are fairly simple to swallow and have no smell to them. I've been taking NAD+ for a while and do fine that it has improved my energy levels. So, a NAD product with 1600mg sounds great, this is where I feel completely misled.These are advertised as 1600mg - please see the front of my package, where it clearly states 1200mg, not 1600mg. You are not getting 1600mg of NAD (as I believed). In addition, even that 1200mg is split 50/50 with "Trans Resveratrol". So, you are only getting 600mg of NAD.I cannot comment on the long-term effects of these, but in essence, I did not receive what was advertised, the packaging is now as "eco friendly" as it claims, which I find very misleading.
