I can’t say that I felt any different taking this compared to a normal multivitamin but it did feel good to know I was taking one that was specially formulated for women. Tablets were easy to swallow and had no taste or smell.

Got this for my wife – she’s on the pill and had been feeling a bit run-down, which is no surprise really when juggling a baby, work, and the joys of sleepless nights. We thought we'd give these a try after reading up on how contraception can deplete certain nutrients. Didn’t expect anything dramatic, but a couple of weeks in and she’s definitely noticed a bit of a boost.She says her energy's up a notch (which, with a teething baby, is no small feat), and her mood's been more even – fewer of those low days that used to crop up around the same time each month. Might be coincidence, might be the vitamins – but either way, she’s asked me to order them again, so that says a lot.They're easy enough to take – no weird taste, no after-burp situation – and two tablets a day isn’t too much of a faff. She likes that they’re vegetarian and gluten free too, so you’re not swallowing half a chemist’s worth of additives just to feel better.Wouldn’t call it a miracle fix, but it’s a solid bit of nutritional support that seems to be helping her tick along a bit smoother.Pros:Tailored for women on hormonal contraceptionBoost in energy and mood (according to the wife!)Vegetarian and gluten freeEasy to take, no unpleasant aftertasteGood for teen girls and women alikeCons:Two tablets a day might be a bit much if you’re forgetfulNot a cheap supplement, but worth it if it worksAll in all, it’s a decent helping hand for anyone who’s on the pill and feeling a bit off balance. This is a great vitamin that covers a lot of what most of us need to feel good and function well. As with most vitamins, you need to consistently take this for some time before you will start to see any effects, however the vitamin profile is great and looks really promising to my overall wellbeing. These are specifically aimed at women on hormonal contraception, as they have added vitamins.The tablets are on the larger side and you need to take 2 a day. There is however no nasty aftertaste which is great. These might be a bit of a struggle for people that have problems with tablets, they do slide down easy however, but this might be a bit off putting for people that are used to capsules. The tablets whilst not being capsules almost feel like they have a protective coating to help them to not dissolve and disintegrate if they are in your mouth longer which is great.As with any vitamin, it takes a while of consistent use to see any benefits so we will see how these go, they have a great vitamin profile and they are a great brand that provide a good selection vitamins.

I found Health & Her's multivitamin tailored for women on hormonal contraception thoughtfully formulated. It replenishes nutrients like B2, B6, B12, folic acid, magnesium, and zinc, which may be depleted due to contraceptive use. The absence of copper is a considerate touch, addressing potential increases from contraception. Easy to swallow and leaves no unpleasant after taste.

You are getting 60 tablets here that are individually sealed and a blister pack so are always nice and fresh. You take two each day so this will last you for around one month. I like the mixture of vitamins, minerals and other ingredients. It is pretty comprehensive. I also appreciate that it is a clearly marked vegan supplement that is also gluten free. No problem swallowing these tablets with plenty of water. You get a decent expiry date, so no rush to use.
