I’m currently taking HRT and these have been a lifesaver. I’ve noticed an improvement in mood, sleep and definitely hair and nails. I’m sure there are other vitamins that singularly are as effective, however, I found these cut out the need to combine multiple vitamins. If you are perimenopausal or menopausal, you will know that remembering to take things is a challenge so I’ll take two in the morning with breakfast and don’t need to worry about it for the rest of the day. Good price too and you can save with the subscribe and save if you are going to take these every month.
4.0 out of 5 stars A little pricey.
I got these multivitamins as I take HRT and I know that HRT can deplete certain key nutrients and these are designed specifically to supplement those nutrients. I have never come across a supplement that has been designed with HRT in mind.I have only been taking them for about a week now, so I can't really comment on their long term efficacy, but I have great hopes. At £14.87 for 30 day supply at time of review, I feel that they are a bit on the pricey side, but if they work it would be worth it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to swallow
These are easy to swallow and so far I have not had any adverse effects. They contain and range of nutrients and its good to know I am getting this alongside my diet. There is lots of information on the packet and a QR code to scan for even more.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not sure they're worth the cost
This is the first time I've seen vitamins geared towards HRT users, at first it felt like it was filling a gap in the market and I'll be honest, I had no idea hrt could perhaps deplete some nutrients so on the face of it it seemed like a good idea, but then I wondered what's actually in these that aren't in a standard multivitamin. They're fairly expensive too, taking these over the course of a year until you finish HRT, or not, is certainly going to add up.There's also lots of things that I take alongside hrt that aren't in these, evening primrose, ashwagandha, omega 3.... You'd still need to purchase these separately if you wanted them. They've made no difference so far, I'm still sleeping poorly, still fatigued.. time will tell but I'm not really willing to purchase them at this price when I take other supplements too as it all adds up.They don't taste of anything, they're easy to swallow and they seem of decent quality (I've used their products before). But if you want something a bit more tailored towards supplementing this stage of life you'll still be purchasing extra vitamins/supplements.
5.0 out of 5 stars A thoughtful boost alongside HRT—body and mood feel steadier
Picked these up for my wife after she started HRT and was feeling a bit all over the place—tired, low mood, and just not quite herself. We didn’t want to overload with random supplements, so this tailored multivitamin made a lot of sense. It’s designed specifically for women on HRT, and that alone gives it a head start. She’s been taking two capsules a day for just over a month and has definitely noticed a difference. Her energy is more stable, she says she’s less foggy during the day, and she’s just been steadier overall—emotionally and physically. Not a miracle cure, but it’s clearly giving her body the extra support it needs while the HRT is doing its thing.Capsules are easy to swallow, no nasty taste or afterburps, and best of all, they’re vegan and gluten-free—so no hidden surprises. It’s also good to know it’s packed with vitamins and minerals that support not just hormones but things like bone health, mood, and energy levels.Pros:Designed specifically to support women on HRTHelps with energy, mood, and general wellbeingVegan and gluten-free with clean ingredientsEasy to take—no aftertaste or upset tummyJust two capsules a day for full coverageCons:One-month supply means it’s a recurring purchaseSubtle effects at first—takes consistency to feel the full benefitIf you or someone you love is on HRT and looking for a bit of extra support during the transition, this is a smart, well-targeted addition. Let me know if you want reviews for sleep or stress support options to pair with it—HRT isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey, but a few well-chosen extras can make a real difference.
5.0 out of 5 stars At last, a vitamin for HRT users.
I’ve only been taking the Health & Her Multivitamin for Women on HRT for a week.I was very impressed to finally come across a multi vitamin that is designed with HRT in mind.I had to stop all other multi vitamin/ hormonal supplements because combined with HRT was causing me all sorts of havoc.Looking forward to seeing the full benefits over time!
4.0 out of 5 stars They seem effective.
I was pleased to try this 'Health & Her Multivitamin for Women Taking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) - Supplements for Women - Nutrition and Wellbeing Support - 1 Month Supply, 60 Capsules - Vegan & Gluten Free'.You get 60 tablets, not the capsules that are stated in the title. They are easy to swallow though because they seem to have a slippery (when wet) coating on the outside. The size is not too big, although a little chunky. The dose is two tablets per day and that will give you a good amount of 18 vitamins and minerals that have been combined to help people taking HRT, with health and wellbeing. They have been made in the UK, are vegan suitable, gluten free, with no added preservatives or artificial colours and my pack has the best before date of 03/2027 They seem effective - I have been taking them for about 10 days now. The current price is okay for a one off, however it would work out a lot if you are buying every month, in my opinion.
5.0 out of 5 stars Packed with good stuff
It seems the better shape you are in and the better your lifestyle and diet choices, the more you can feel the effects of HRT, and these contain a vast base of nutrients. Plenty here for thyroid support, skin and bones too.I think even if you are not taking HRT these would be useful supplements for most women over 40.
