The item arrived well packaged and in good conditionContains many ingredients and seems a great all-around multivitamin.Tablets are on the larger side but still easy to swallow.Instructions on the packaging are easy to understandTake two tablets dailyNot sure how well they are working, but do feel a little better for using these, and it has already been a few days, so they must be doing somethingwill definitely carry these on

This is a pack of 60 caplets with very clear dosage guidelines (females 18+ 2 per day, females 13-18 1 per day) and as recommended I take 2 with breakfast each day. They are smooth caplets which I find easy to swallow and unlike some other multivitamins they’re odourless which is a bonus. They offer a good range of nutrients and I like that they’re specifically targeted for menstruating women (not using hormonal contraception or hrt) so designed to support natural hormones. I think you’d probably need to take them at least a month to feel full benefits so I can’t say yet what impact they’re having but I’ve had no issues with them either.

This is a great vitamin that covers a lot of what most of us need to feel good and function well. As with most vitamins, you need to consistently take this for some time before you will start to see any effects, however the vitamin profile is great and looks really promising to my overall wellbeing. These are specifically aimed at women, as they have added vitamins aimed towards monthly cycles (mainly calcium and B6 to help with hormone regulation and blood clotting).The tablets are on the larger side and you need to take 2 a day. There is however no nasty aftertaste which is great. These might be a bit of a struggle for people that have problems with tablets, they do slide down easy however, but this might be a bit off putting for people that are used to capsules. The tablets whilst not being capsules almost feel like they have a protective coating to help them go down easier so this is great.As with any vitamin, it takes a while of consistent use to see any benefits so we will see how these go, but i am happy with the profile of the contents.

These are a great all in one supplement. They have so many ingredients, including trace minerals. The capsules are all individually packaged so seem very good quality. Although these might seem a little expensive, they can replace multiple individual supplements so on balance, they aren’t too bad. They are average size for supplements so people who struggle with tablets will find these difficult to swallow.

We have used a male equivalent of this product from the same company, and we have been very happy with them.What we really like about this product is that it contains a wide variety and good combination of ingredients, all suited to support a woman's monthly cycle.The 60 tablets come in three blister packs, with a dosage of 2 per day giving you a month's supply. They are reasonable value for money, given what ingredients are included.They are a good size to swallow, with no smell or aftertaste.Effects are always hard to judge, however there have been no negatives or side effects.
