They lime to camp and fish and my son especially enjoys backpacking in to camp. This means space is at a premium, and every bit of weight counts.The advantage to these is that you have weight, hook and bait all in one. They fit in a very small case that could easily be stuffed into a bag with the fishing pole and take up very little room.The disadvantage is they are not as attractive to fish as live bait, and it takes more skill to catch a fish with these.My family isn't that worried if they dont catch so it isnt such an issue, and there is the humane aspect of not having even worm impaled and suffering for a significant period of time before death.The other disadvantage is that these do no appear to be scented. I am not rating down for this as these cost significantly less than scented varieties and you van always scent them yourself. My husband has used everything from slightly rancid salmon oil meant for dogs but not fresh enough ( worked great) to the oil from a tuna tin ( not so great). I have however ordered what I hope is a very small spray bottle of oil ,eant specifically for attracting fish.These appear well enough made and no one had any comp,aints or could find any fault in them so five stars.

    Nice little set of lures for sea fishing.I like these lures with the built in weight and hook as you just have to tie to your line and cast them out.The move quite realistically in the water so long as you retrieve them correctly, which can take a bit of practice but once mastered you'll be catching fish in no time.
