I go on long hikes with my dog and love hiking, and this hydrator helps me a lot. It has a good design that makes it easy to wash, it is made of high-quality materials. I took it to Snowden and it did not let me down.

Good product, but expensive at time of review at nearly 25gbp. Listen, this works, it’s good quality & dishwasher proof (chucked it in once, absolutely fine).It’s well designed & does the job, but I’m struggling with giving this 5 stars, because I would want a bunch of accessories/ maybe some spare tubing for this price point.So, it’s definitely a good product, but 4 stars here.

The dual PE+EVA material really does make a difference in the quality of this water bladder. It's strong and won't leak. It doesn't taste like plastic at all, which is a huge improvement over cheaper bladders I've used. It's easy to carry in my hiking pack, and the quick-connect method makes it even better. The wide opening makes it easy to clean, and I haven't had any problems with leaks or longevity. That being said, it costs more than some others. It's worth it if you care most about clean water and good construction, but be ready to pay a little more for the change.

I currently have both a Camelbak and a Salomon hydration backpack.The latter needed the bladder replacing after 5 years of use.Cost wise this is pretty much identical to the Salomon replacement, so its been interesting to see if its worth the high price tag.So far id say its on par quality wise. It fits both my hydration packs, hasnt leaked, is easy to fill and carries the amount of water i need for a day hike.Ive not noticed any plastic smell or tatse, but then those things dont bother me all that much anyway.I do like that the bite valve has a cap - my Salomon doesnt and constantly get grit on it when i put my bag down.Will be interesting to see how well it lasts - if its years like my previous bladders, then its worth the price.The bladder itself is easy to clean - the tube of course is a pain and requires additional kit.

This has already 'done' three Munros, as part of my daughter and partner's kit, and the word is that this is practically perfect for the job, one small issue apart. Fitting snugly into a backpack, it delivers fresh, untainted and pure water safely and securely, due to a reliable double layered skin, through a tube, which is flexible and of appropriate length. This marks the point of my issue, which is that the hygiene dust cap becomes detached easily, doesn't separate due to plastic retaining cord, but nevertheless leaves the valve exposed - no huge drawback, just niggling.The bladder is easily filled, and sealed securely using a clever clip closure system - the pair report no leakage at all occurring their trips. Quite simply, it has become their water carrier of choice, and are planning purchasing a second (y'know, one each!), for use on future Munro assaults. For the quality involved, and innovation lent the product, I would deem the asking price as perfectly reasonable. On the whole, useful and essential! (pretty sure the cap issue is a one-off!)
