It’s an amazing stuff.I use it mostly after workouts or on days when I’m just feeling extra tense, and it works so fast. My muscles feel way more relaxed, and I’ve been sleeping like a baby since I started using it.It doesn’t feel greasy, the spray is super easy to use, and there's no weird smell (which is always a plus).

I found that this product works really well for me and had an excellent experience. I have struggled with my sleep for years and when I use the magnesium oil spray, I fall asleep within 15 minutes.

Magnesium spray is the quickest way to get magnesium in to your blood stream - it's great for relaxing you, helping with muscle tiredness, sleeping and much more. I bought this as a present and it was gratefully received. Well worth trying.

I bought this as a potential solution to help my 10 year old daughter with her sleep and wow it has been a game changer 😊 After a few days of applying to her feet before bed she has been sleeping much better and is less anxious. It's used together with no screen time after 7pm and usually banana as part of her pudding!

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and it's really helping my sleep. I don't seem to wake up through the night and feel more to refreshed in the morning. On the few nights I've forgotten to spray I really feel the difference. Will definitely repurchase.

A smooth oil with a nice smell, seeps well into the skin without much effort and has a good texture without being heavy. It’s early days so unsure of effects but I’m continuing with use as it does offer some relief.
