I have noticed a definite improvement in energy levels and mood since adding them. I am an older man, and it seems to mitigate the effects of ageing & I would recommend ashwagandhi (along with fenugreek). I would add that supplements are only properly effective if you're getting a balanced diet and exercise - and are pretty pointless if you drink too much & smoke. This brand seems to be high quality and is a good price.

This Ashwaganda is very effective , it makes me calm, focused and very energetic. It has also helped me have more stamina and strength it the gym. I will definitely be making my another purchase.

For a long long time, I couldn't stay asleep. Kept waking up 2:00, 3:00, could not get back to sleep, kind of dozing untill the alarm goes off at 06:30 with massive pain and nightmares, which usually involved zombies, those frisky zombies as well! Sleep quality now completely restored. No more getting up with massive pains, no more unsatisfactory sleep, no more erratic behaviour, no more expensive euthanasia temptations (I was desperate for a decent sleep) So chilled as if there hadn't been issues to start with. Now I can hear myself thinking straight without going panicky for nothing.May not for everyone but I definitely recommend this product to others.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I’m so happy with the results. It really works and very well. I’ve been getting deep, good-quality sleeps every night since I started taking this supplement. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something to help you feel calm and sleep better.

Not been taking it long enough to see any effects yet but pleased with the product. Seems good quality and is nicely packaged. Easy to take. Has no artificial fillers and has recommended quantity for help with sleep, hot flushes and night sweats.

Within two days of taking i am getting a positive affect. I have a significant excess of cortisol in the mornings and this is counteracting the problem and making my mood much improved.
