The bonus feature for me was the USB-C connection, which is a great upgrade and makes charging more convenient with my newer setup.No complaints at all—very happy with the purchase!

Amazing replacement hope this last’s longer than the original one. Just be aware it only charges from usb to usb c it won’t charge usb c to usb c if that makes sense. Make sure you have the appropriate cable

Those who are replacing the mount may have micro b male end on the your original cable.The new mount is usb c female, either change the cable or get one of these usb micro b female to male usb c adaptors
