I do like this bar as it is quite filling and topped with white chocolate chunks makes it also feel like a treat. Packed with protein it is going to become a regular in my cupboard to pack in my running vest on my longer runs whilst training for my ultra.

Why did you choose this product over others?:These bars strike a nice balance between taste, texture and nutrition. With three flavours in the box - Peanut Butter Blondie, Choc Brownie and Peanut Butter Choc Chip - it’s a good mix that keeps things interesting. All three are enjoyable, with the chocolate brownie edging into favourite territory for its rich, satisfying flavour.They have a dense but chewy consistency, not dry or stodgy, and feel substantial enough to keep hunger at bay between meals or after a workout. Each bar delivers 10g of plant-based protein, and while that’s on the lighter side compared to some other protein options, it’s still a decent hit, especially when you’re after something quick and convenient.The added focus ingredients like Lion’s Mane, B vitamins and ginseng are an interesting touch. It’s hard to know how much of an effect they really have, but they don’t affect the flavour or texture, which is the main thing. Sweetened with coconut sugar and date paste, they offer a pleasant natural taste without being overly sweet or artificial.Overall, these are a solid choice if you're looking for a vegan, gluten-free snack with a clean ingredient list and good variety. I’d happily keep a few in my bag for pre or post-gym fuel or just a mid-morning pick-me-up. One star knocked off only because I’d love to see just a bit more protein per bar.

I really wanted the tribe tripledecker bars, but they don’t seem to make them anymore. I hoped this would be a good replacement but it was just like every other protein chocolate granola bar. It was okay, it filled the hunger hole.
