This ceramic Tortilla Warmer from Tortillada is brilliant for warming tortillas in the microwave and keeping them warm throughout the meal. I had friends to supper the first time I used it and its stylish, modern design and usefulness were a talking point. We were having chicken fajitas and the filling has to be cooked quickly and just before serving, so it was so practical to just pop the tortillas in the bowl and heat in the microwave.The dish is versatile – use for bread, pancakes and croissants.The dish arrived well packed but I do wish makers would include an instruction leaflet so I don't have to look the product up on Bolo to see if it is dishwasher safe – it is except the wooden lid which you just wipe clean.

È proprio bellissima questa "tortillada"!!Il suo nome completo è TORTILLADA - TORTILLA WARMERcomposta da una ciotola di generose dimensioni, larga ed alta per contenere tortillas e perché no panini, pancakes, waffle, brioches tacos e quant' altro; e da un coperchio in legno a coprire perfettamente la ciotola. Un oggetto bellissimo e pratico,( fino ad oggi per tenere in caldo le tortillas ho sempre avuto i cestini di paglia..) Da tenere a vista in cucina, per riscaldare in microonde, per servire a tavola e stupire i commensali!Una qualità superiore della ceramica ( a prima vista sembra porcellana bianca! ) la bellezza del coperchio in legno con l'asola in tessuto riporta alla mente quegli oggetti artigianali, le fatture artistiche, la cultura del fatto a mano che mi piace tantissimo e che adoro possedere e condividere. Un oggetto da usare tutti i giorni in tanti modi, da regalare sapendo che verrà apprezzato! Grazie al programma Vine di Bolo ho ricevuto questo articolo ma la mia entusiasta recensione è libera e onesta.Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Excited to have this! We make pancakes, kiping (kind of thin crepes) and I just made some naan yesterday. We have nowhere to stack these except on a plate. And when you want to cover? Another plate, or plastic wrap. It's inelegant.Enter this tortilla warmer. Instead of popping your pancakes onto a plate, put them into this warmer. Stack 'em up! (don't forget the butter on top of each pancake!) Cover your leftovers and you'll have them ready for later. They're in a neat container with a lid - what could be better?!My husband makes these really thin crepes - like 30 at a time. If they sit too long exposed to the air, they dry out. This will be perfect for making a decent sized stack to be used when the filling is ready later.The look is neat and clean. I think it would be very easy to use, looks good on the counter, and would retain heat well with the lid. It's a great item to own for its functionality and appearance.
