This is amazing!! I’ve been taking it for around 2 weeks now and I’ve said bye to bloating and my skin has NEVER been better, I’ve had so many compliments on my skin.I can see it has cleansed my gut which is resulting in smoother skin and feeling like I’ve got more energy. I was previously struggling to get to the gym because I was always so tired however since taking this I’ve naturally stopped drinking coffee because I just feel like my body doesn’t need it as I’ve got so much more energy and have been going to the gym so much more.One of the reviews said it just tastes like apple, you can taste the apple however you can really tell it’s natural apple.Would highly recommend.

This is a great and cheaper alternative to something like AG1 and certainly contains alot of nutrients, although actual amounts per serving would be useful to know as you could only be getting trace amounts that don't have much benefit.Overall it mixed relatively well into orange juice and added a definite apple flavour. It was still a little grainy but this would have been completely unnoticeable in a thicker drink such as a smoothie. Overall pretty good for the price.

Surprisingly tasty was to boost my intake of goodness. I find the really refreshing when adding ice after mixing. The apple flavour is tasty without being too sweet and somethings for more depth I add a dash of apple cider vinegar. Really glad I have found this product. Now part of my daily routine and will be ordering again. Be advised that it doesn’t fully dissolve due to the ingredients - this can be discerning at first but you quickly get used to it. Robust paper packaging another plus. Great quality product.

I am not a big fan of this product. I really dislike the taste, which is really distinct and overpowering. Additionally, the powder seems to be mostly spinach, which unfortunately has a really high concentration of oxalates, which contributes to kidney stones, and I need to avoid it. The package does not reseal after opening, so you need to transfer it to another airtight receptacle, or it will absorb moisture. The powder suspends relatively easily in water and milk.

This green powder comes in a recyclable pouch, which unfortunately is not resealable. It is best to carefully scrutinize the list of ingredients in case you are subject to any allergies or reactions. There are 32 ingredients which include: Natural Apple Flavouring, Spinach Powder, Pea Protein Powder, Inulin, Lucuma Powder, Lions Mane 10:1 Extract Powder (minimum 40% polysaccharides), Magnesium Citrate, Alfalfa Powder, Ashwagandha 10:1 Extract powder, Moringa Leaf Powder, L-theanine, Maca Root 10:1 Extract Powder, Spirulina Powder, Red Beetroot Powder, Fennel Seed 25"1 Extract Powder, Citric Acid, Green Kiwi Powder, Acai Berry Powder, Gingko Biloba, Chlorella Powder, Ground Flax Seed Powder, Pineapple Powder, MCT (medium chain triglyceride) Powder Bacopa Monnieri 10:1 Extract Powder, Broccolo Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ascorbic Acid, Malic Acid, Ginger Powder, Zinc Bisglycinate and Black Pepper.... It mixes well with water and the taste is pleasant. I have also mixed it with a smoothie. It is a great way to boost your plant intake, which is good for the digestive system.There are 30 servings in this pack, so it works out at around £1 per serving. Which seems good value. But, I guess it is a personal choice or how good one’s diet is. Personally, I would not buy this all year, maybe once or twice a year or during the winter months for a bit of a boost. I have taken it everyday for two weeks and it is difficult to tell if there are any great benefits. However, this is a pleasant way to get a boost of greens.
