Absolutely disgraceful. I’m still waiting for them to send out someone to come a sort the machine after a day of having from one wash… it’s leaking and making noise. I’m still waiting nearly 3 weeks having to do washing at the washing place. An inconvenience for me and my children.

Very happy with the washing machine and the service. Old machine uninstalled and new one installed. Old machine taken away as was the packaging for the new machine. Excellent. Delivered on time and the driver let me know he was on his way. Very good service all round.

I was charged for unpacking and fitting washer but this was not done can I have my 30 pounds back thank you!

You get a two year guarantee and that is about as long as it lasts. The door on ours just fell off. It was one month out of warranty and customer service said that was tough luck. I then wrote to the CEO and he was of the same sentiment.

Sin desempaquetar, sin sacar los pernos y sin ponerlo al lugar, pactado de compra.Por otro lado, no es de 10Kg, ni de 8kg. La que tenia anterior era de 8 y tenia 20cm mas el fondo del tambor. En esta no entran losnórdicos, tambien cabe menos ropa. 10kg ni se acercan
