It has a very good consistency and for the purposes which I have personally used it for it has been ideal as it adheres very well to mechanical parts and has very good water resistance. It is suitable for a wide range of mechanical uses and electrical contact applications including where high operating temperatures may be encountered.I have recently used it for servicing my sea fishing reels and lubricating other mechanical items in my workshop and have found that it performs very well.In summary I am very happy with the quality of this grease and consider it to be reasonably priced for the quantity supplied, inclusion of 2 applicator brushes and the wide range of applications for which it can be used. Recommended.

I do renovation jobs on old properties so use a breaker (jack hammer) for the tough / big tasks and due to its torque and power it generates a lot of heat and needs regular greasing of the gear mechanism - it came with a small pot of lithium based grease but I soon ran out of that and have been looking for a decent replacement and this seems to be it.You get 2 small tubs of lithium grease and 2 small application brushes which make applying the grease much easier than using my finger.I have also used it on the chain mechanism of my electric garage door and with it being a good consistency it held up on the vertical chain and was really easy to apply using the included brushes.I reckon this lithium grease is versatile enough to use on multiple tools / gears throughout the house so it is a go to product for me.I thought it would be useful to show photographs of the box which lists plenty of technical specifications for those who know what it all means.

You get two pots and two applicator brushes in the box , the pots were smaller than I expected , but that's fine for what I will be using them for .The grease seems good consistency and definitely lubricates well as I have used it on quite a few jobs and the results have been greatI like the fact they give you the applicator brush and the pots are sealed with foil when they arriveNice small pots and I would recommend

For me there was one overwhelming reason that prompted me to press the order button on this listing. My gym room!In that room I have a number of machines that have an assortment of gears, chains, pulleys and wheels. They all require periodic lubrication. Some of the machines arrived complete with a small bottle or sachet of oil. Firstly I found that oil wasn't always the best lubricant, being too fluid and easily lost from the point of application, and secondly I didn't get much. Just enough to get started.I do use a grease gun and that is usually fine but, for some jobs, it just isn't precise enough or easy to apply and that is where these tubs, with the application brushes, are superb. The grease has a good consistency that allows it to stick just where you paste it. It is easy to utilise the brushes to get the stuff just where you want it and, unlike the gun which would often over dispense, there is no wastage.This is a great solution to the majority of my gym room lubrication. As it is the only thing I can't use it on is the concealed chain of my airbike, which I have to reach with a flexible tube on my gun. However, if I got a refillable cylinder for the gun I could even manage that.Value wise, at £9.88 for 114g, this is quite expensive when compared to my 400g grease gun cartridges which are available for £8.50. However with this there is less wastage and less mess and so that does offset the higher price a bit.

In this kit you get two small tubs of white lithium grease.They're in two sealed tubs with two small brushes you can use during application, so this is a nice touch. The grease has a nice consistency without running, and seems to stay on and lubricate the hinges without any issue.We use these for various things in and around the house, bikes, car doors, and household doors and hinges. It seems to work well for all these areas, as being based on petroleum this is fine for heavy or metal hinges, but be cautious about using this on anything else, especially rubber or plastic, despite the multi purpose term.
