I had heard these were very good, so I ordered three sets, two as gifts for friends and one for myself. They certainly seem to plump up towels, etc. but I can’t tell yet if they make the dryer more energy efficient.

Second lot of these purchased, they don’t fall to bits like some others. We add a few drops of essential oil to the which makes the washing smell amazing.

I ordered these as they are supposed to help dry your laundry quicker in the tumble dryer and help them to stop getting as creased.You get six wool balls that have a cute sheep cartoon on them and they are a good size. They come in a fabric bag for storage but I tend to just throw them back in the tumble dryer when its finished, mostly so that if my husband sets any clothes drying that he doesn't have to remember to throw the balls in.I can't say that I have noticed if it does reduce drying time or not as I just tend to set it going and get on with other jobs but what I do like is that the balls don't thud around in the dryer like I was expecting them to so that was a pleasant surprise.

A really cute sheep design, and they work really well to 'shake' washing while in the tumble dryer and help it dry a bit quicker and leave less wrinkles. The bag is a nice touch, but to be honest we won't use it. I tend to take the washing out and put the balls straight back in ready for the next load.A great way to keep your effort down and also help reduce drying time and hence costs. Definitely recommend, and thenother bonus is that they are nice and soft and don't make a thudding noise going round as some plastic type ones can do.
