Would have given 5 stars but the advertisement is misleading as it states 1200mg capsules and saying one capsule/day making you think that one capsule is 1200mg. On the rear of the bottle it says 1200mg per serving as per two vegan capsules , misleading!

Did some research and this product was the best price the quality I could find. Taking 2 a day gives me all the benefits I need with (personally) no issues at all. Increaseing size and strength all the time, and these may or may not be helping after 20 years in the gym but I'm sticking with them.

To be honest I was very surprised with this product, I have made some nice gains and size while stacking it with creatine, if your training hard and hit your limit, try this as it might surprise you as with the other health benifits only time will tell.Well done Liposomal, I may try out some of your other products..
