These little snacks from The Protein Ball Co are quite handy if you're after a nibble on the go and you want this to be something that helps a little with your protein intake. They're easy to drop in your bag and they just give you that little extra something between meals if you need it.There are three packs in the box for this price and each bag contains around 6 smallish balls, with this set being their peanut butter flavour option. Taste wise, they're not too bad. Certainly better than a lot of protein snacks I've had that have an awful taste/texture combo going on. These ones are peanutty without being too peanutty, sweet without being too sweet. They start off quite hard and then you get a good chew out of them, although you do sometimes get the taste of peanuts perhaps being roasted too much (not always though).They're just the kind of thing I was looking for when I get to that afternoon stage of needing something to get me through to dinner time and they're great if you've been working out and fancy a nibble on the way home. Do be aware though that although it says no 'added' sugar, they do still contain a fair old portion (almost 36g per 100g) so they're not necessarily ideal if you're someone who is wanting to cut down on this particular part of the nutrition table.For a protein snack, I think they compare well price wise to others in a similar range so value for money is there for me. I also like that it's not a bar, so I don't feel I have to eat the whole pack in one go just to save that half-eaten bar experience that inevitably ends with me wasting the second half along with the money paid for it as I never fancy going back to it after a while.I'd be happy to repurchase these in the future an overall I think they're one of the better protein snacks out there.

Protein Balls Blueberry Oat Muffin Flavour by The Protein Ball Co - 100% Natural, Plant Based, Vitamin Enriched, Protein Snacks - 3 x 45g Bags - High Fibre, Gluten Free, No Artificial SweetenersOk, you receive a branded retail box that contains 3 x 45g packets of these Blueberry Oat Muffin flavoured protein balls.Each ball is perhaps a shade larger than a Malteser and they are packed with protein and fibre as well as vitamins B, C and D. All natural ingredients and gluten free, if you have an intolerance.They are thankfully very tasty. You can certainly taste the Blueberry flavour for sure, although I was left with a slight perfumey aftertaste.Texture wise they're sort of like the centre of a Fig Roll but a bit harder and you get the occasional crunch from a piece of nut. Certainly sweet enough seeing as they contain no added sugar so I assume the sweetness if just derived from the fruit.The wife liked the flavour but not the texture whereas I liked both aspects.I do like them though and I can see the point of them if you don't have time for a proper breakfast as they contain many of the nutrients required to give a boost in the morning, but these are just as good to snack on when feeling peckish and want to avoid processed sugary treats which give you little in way of any beneficial nutrition.There are just 6 balls in each packet so if you work it out on a price per ball cost then you'll be paying approx. 36p each.Personally I think that's a little bit on the high side.But they are tasty and quite moreish so I could easily demolish such a tiny packet in an instant!If you're looking for a protein ball packed with the good stuff then these are well worth considering.

The Protein Ball Co's Peanut Butter Protein Balls have quickly become a favourite snack. Each box contains three handy 45g bags, with six small protein balls per bag. The portion size is perfect for a quick pick-me-up, whether it's after a workout, during a busy day, or when you need something to tide you over until your next meal. The peanut butter flavour is rich and satisfying without being overly sweet. The combination of smooth peanut butter and small peanut pieces adds a pleasant crunch, which contrasts nicely with the soft and chewy texture. The natural sweetness, primarily from dates, is well-balanced and doesn't leave any artificial aftertaste, unlike some other protein snacks I've tried. They're filling without being too heavy, making them an excellent choice for a mid-morning boost or a post-gym snack. I appreciate the fact that these protein balls are made from 100% natural ingredients with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. They are also gluten-free, high in fibre, and enriched with vitamins, making them feel like a healthier option compared to other snacks. Each bag provides 10g of protein, which is a decent amount for a snack of this size, though it may not be as high as some alternatives. The texture is another highlight. They are firm but not dry, with a slightly chewy consistency that makes them easy to eat. These protein balls are incredibly moreish!They're great quality and made very well, the texture is nice and chewy and so very tasty!Highly recommend.

I'm not too sure how good these are for you, but looking on the practical side of things in life, these are great for people on the go. Costing just over 2 pounds per pack, you get 3 packs in a bag, this isn't a bad deal where you get 6 very chewy and tasty protein balls.They're not over sweet and have a scrumptious taste to them. You can still taste the protein side of things, but the salted caramel takes over leaving you enjoying the chewiness.They are quite filling too, by the time I finished the last one, I felt quite satiated.
