Having suffered with chronic pain for quite some time now I was curious about these supplements. I also get quite bad brain fog which this states to also help so I thought they were certainly worth a try considering their science backed research. After taking these for some a few weeks, I think my brain fog has eased a little (which is always good!) I’m unsure if they have helped with pain / inflammation but I’m guessing I may have to take these long term to really see a difference in that. The price point although worth it if you see a difference could possibly dissuade me from getting these again without seeing a full difference in the first bottle.

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA complex) is a supplement with quite a bit of hype around it currently, thanks to its double application for both alternative pain relief / anti-inflammatory use, and potential benefits for cognition / brain fog, and this product seems like a good quality, affordable source for something that is still quite a premium dietary supplement.The recommended dose is a single capsule up to three times a day (rather than three at a time, making them a bit easier to work with), so the jar will give you a month or more of supplementing. I've been using them alongside strength training to tackle DOMs and knee pain (I'm middle-aged and always seeking support for an active lifestyle in spite of the inevitable wear and tear), and I think they give effective background support - results will vary of course (and I've got no control 'me' to compare it against!) but I definitely feel a benefit.If you want to work this well hyped and research-backed supplement into your diet, this is a good place to start - decent value, flexible dosing and several wellbeing applications.

These PEA supplement capsules are easy to swallow. They're almost tasteless, although there seems to be a very faint musty odour - however, that might be more to do with storage than the product itself. Also, my particular bottle's inner seal came off when I twisted the bottle-top off for the first time, so I suspect it wasn't sealed very effectively.As with most food-supplement type products it is very hard to assess in a short time-scale. I am hoping it will help with joint achiness, but it sounds like that is likely to take over a month to be noticeably effective, so time will tell. I feel it may have slightly improved things after a couple of weeks' usage.The only drawback (which applies to quite a few food supplements/vitamins etc) is the advice to take it with food (three times a day, in this case). I'd prefer to be able to take it whenever it is convenient/I remember.

lo sto assumendo da qualche settimana e mi sembra funzioni per i dolori della Fibromilagia ( viene spesso consigliato insieme al magnesio), non entra in contrasto con altri Farmaci che prendo.Prima ne assumevo un altro da 300 mg ma questo a 400 mi sembra migliore.
