The product I found really helped my bloated tummy !!! it wasn't trapped wind it just wasn't happy though I have a good balanced diet..I take alot of medication for chronic spine problems that are pretty bad that I've had 2 lots of surgery in the past so I'm thinking that's most of my problems !!!So this soon sorted the problem very quickly!! & it definitely helped loose some weight if that's what people are looking for...but you need to eat a balanced diet..Its not going too help a dietof eating too many treats !!! its not a magic cure for weight loss it that if that's what your looking for !!!My sister likes the taste but I'm not overly keen if I'm honest but I have got used too it now.

I’d seen a few recommendations for taking matcha around and so thought I would try these. They have quite a strong taste and so if you like green tea, you’ll be OK but otherwise the smell can be slightly off putting. They were easy to swallow.I can’t say I noticed a difference from using them and I think I would prefer to just drink green tea but if you don’t like the taste or flavour of that then this might be an option for getting the same benefits another way.

These deliver a good strong dose of Matcha goodness alongside some extra "bonus" ingredients, all of which are fine for me though some people may not get along with all of them and prefer just a plain Matcha.There's a month's supply at the suggested dose of two capsules a day - the capsules are quite large but smooth and I had no issues swallowing them.I take Matcha for the antioxidant effects as I just cannot abide the taste of the tea, and there seems to be some limited evidence they may assist with weight loss. As with other Matcha supplements I've tried, I have lose weight only when I've been dieting and exercising, but I do sometimes notice I seem to lose a little more in the some weeks when I've taken Matcha supplements, but it's hard to know for sure if I would have lose the same without them. It's worth a try for a potential extra boost if you're dieting though.I'd paid more for other supplements with the same strength, so whilst this aren't cheap they are Soil Association certified as organic so I'd say they're a good price given this.I prefer tubs to this type of packaging, and they don't explicitly state where they're made, which means I have marked them down by 1 star, as I prefer them to clearly state where they're made.

Great product I was sceptical at first but happy with the result.I have lost a little weight and I do t have indigestion quite so bad, so it’s definitely settling my tummy.

There's 1000mg of tea leaf powder per capsule so more than enough for a few weeks if taking once daily or 2 as recommended. Each pouch contain 60 capsules.Green tea isn't something that most people find palatable, therefore the capsule form is the easy way of benefitting from the obvious help benefits as it is a good source of antioxidants and helps with mental alertness.Although I felt no after taste, however since Turmeric has been added, some may not like this addition to otherwise what is a nice natural blend of Turmeric, black pepper and acerola.
