Can only give this product 4 stars as it comes with a Canada or USA electric plug not a British plug fitting so now have to buy a plug to work it in uk

It’s exactly what I needed. I have several runners and a few area rugs, and this machine is both powerful and conveniently compact and lightweight—ideal for me given my mobility challenges.
