Before I bought this i thought it was insane to spend this much on a robot vacuum cleaner, but this exceeded all my expectations. Everything is super well designed, one of the few products I can't even come up with an improved design for.It's incredibly effective, easy to use, cleans better than I do, and it's probably the best thing I've purchased. It really improves my living, I'm able to get it to clean my downstairs on my journey home when I'm bringing unexpected company, I'm finding myself spending time wiping down tables etc and just knocking the dirt on the floor before going to bed, knowing that the morning scheduled clean will pick it up, I don't feel bad cooking/preparing food right after cleaning because I can simply call the vacuum to clean only the area I'm in.It's also kind of fun to just drive around with the remote control feature too.The only issues I've had is its drive is not powerful enough to push my doors open (my bathroom door can block the hallway for it), and once or twice it got jammed sucking up something that came in the mail, but it's still orders of magnitude better than cleaning myself.My life is so much better after buying it. I just hope it lasts a long time!

Wish I’d bought one sooner. Does the bulk of the vacuuming and mopping so I can get on with other cleaning. I still vacuum and mop throughout the week to get underneath furniture or tight gaps it can’t reach. Charges quickly, very sleek hub design. Simple to change the water tanks. Doesn’t come with detergent but bought separately through Bolo and lasts a long time. Easy to use the app, you can select the areas you want it to clean and specify how thoroughly you’d like it to clean. Amazing camera feature to check the dogs and house if needed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend!

I had been saving ages to buy the Saros 10. After reading numerous reviews on Youtube I went ahead and purchased it. Out of the box the experience was amazing. The Robot had been working great for 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I was painting my walls and moved the base station away from its location and noticed the laminate flooring bulging - I thought it might have been due to some non-related incident however at the back of my mind I began wondering if the base station was leaking. When I moved the unit it seemed fine and the floor was dry. There was water in the tank so I doubt it was leaking during standby mode. After my decorating I placed it back to the same location - let its do its mop run and finish its cycle. I then removed the unit from the location only to find a puddle of water underneath the unit. I would say it was about 3/4 cups worth so not a small puddle. I knew then that the leak happened during the cycle at some point - either when water is sent to the unit or when it is cleaning the mop. Regardless I done a lot of searching on the internet and found very few articles about this. I sent Roborock an email - waiting for response. As I was in the return time frame I initiated the return. I am very disappointed about this and the damaged laminate - Depending on Roborock's response on what might be causing this I might buy a new unit again or alternatively get one from Ecovacs - when you pay over £1000 for one of these fancy units you expect it to function well and be robust such that you dont see puddles of water. I am sure Roborock would not expect their customers to wipe away the puddle. after each use. Apart from that the unit was amazing - cleaning topnotch - software flawless - overall built quality amazing - too bad about the water leaking issue - I would like to think this is an isolated incident - for those purchasing this unit - I would urge you to check under the unit after a mop cycle to observe for any water leaks just incase.

I was looking forward to the launch of the Saros 10 as a replacement for my Roborock S7 MaxV, which we'd been very happy with, but the Saros 10 promised to address a few of the shortfalls of the S7. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, I'm feeling that it's overall a step backwards from the S7 and that I've wasted a lot of money upgrading.Before I go into my reasoning, if you're looking at the reviews and ratings on here, note that any before Feb 2025 are for a totally different model, the QRevo, so don't be misled into thinking the 4.5 stars relate to the Saros 10.First, the good. The S10 is much quieter than the S7 in everything it does. It also seems to do a better job at picking up hair without tangling. The dock looks nicer too, and now includes mop drying.Now onto the bad:- The obstacle recognition on carpet is worse than the S7. Cables under a unit that my S7 recognised without fail, the S10 tries to eat every time. As well as failing to see other items around the house that my S7 would see, It will also try to 'mount' things that my S7 knew to avoid like our cat feeders, which means I have to set a no-go area for somewhere I specifically want it to clean.- The navigation logic is worse. I have an area behind a sofa that is visible, but sometimes inaccessible. Rather than recognise when it couldn't get access, the S10 spent 45 minutes trying to get into it. Even when it gave up, it started heading into the next room only to change its mind and go back and try again for a further 5 minutes.- The extendable side brush rarely extends. I have loads of spaces in the kitchen where I hoped this would could into its element, but it stays tucked in for 90% of the time when it would be useful extended.- The self-lift over our high kitchen threshold worked great for a couple of times, but now the robot approaches it at an angle which means even though lifted, it still has to rely on momentum, angles and a couple of brute force attempts like the S7 did- The self-detaching mop was important to us, but again it doesn't work properly. At first it was good, on the SmartPlan program it would detach the mop at the start while it vacuumed a rug and then our carpeted lounge, but despite nothing having changed it now picks the mop up again and wets it before hitting the lounge, despite not attempting to mop the carpet (so it clearly knows it's carpeted). This means the freshly-wet mop lightly drags over our carpet.- Although the dock looks nicer than the S7 one, it's less practical. The water reservoirs have to be fully removed from the dock and opened to see how full/empty they are. The closing mechanism is also cheap compared to the proper latch on the S7 dock, with the S10 it's just a simple clip that relies on the plastic bending when you shut the lid, like a clip on a cheap storage box lid. As the lid also serves as the handle, I don't feel confident carrying them around when filling/emptying.So, in short, I'm left disappointed. In it's own right it's a good robot vacuum, but in the real world of my house it's not better than other models that are half its price including my old S7 MaxV, despite its potential on paper. Unfortunately, I'd already promised my S7 to a family member otherwise I'd probably already have returned the S10. As it is, I still might do in favour of an older model.

The media could not be loaded. Este es un robot aspiradora y fregasuelos, con una base que realiza casi todo el trabajo por ti. Solo necesita que le cargues el agua y vacíes el tanque del agua sucia y cada mes o así, lavar la parte de abajo, para que la limpieza de las mopas sea más efectiva, aunque tiene auto limpieza de la base también. La versión actual mejora la auto limpieza, así como dosifica el agua mejor que las versiones anteriores, permitiéndote realizar menos mantenimiento. Tiene función de auto secado de las mopas, que se puede apagar o dejar encendida, según las necesidades de cada uno. Como novedad en esta gama tiene una extensión del brazo que barre y otra de la mopa, de forma que los bordes y las esquinas ya no son un problema. La base tiene auto vaciado de lo aspirado (lleva una bolsa para aspiradora que recoge todo lo que aspira) y auto limpieza de las mopas, así como recarga de agua para seguir fregando y vaciado del agua sucia en el depósito del agua sucia. También dispone de una función de cámara para poder ver cómo aspira o buscar y comunicarte con tus mascotas. Esta función puedes ponerla o no, teniendo que activarse mediante un botón del robot, lo que hace que sea más que segura si uno no quiere activarla. También tiene una función para detectar mascotas que impide que tenga accidentes con ellas o con sus residuos.Cuando ha llegado la he instalado en un sitio, recomiendo que se sigan las indicaciones sobre que tiene que tener 90 cm por arriba libres, ya que esto es para que funcione bien el autovaciado. He bajado la aplicación de Roborock, siguiendo las instrucciones. Al iniciarlo, desde la aplicación he escaneado el código que viene debajo de la tapa y siguiendo las instrucciones se ha conectado fácilmente con mi wifi (funciona con la de 2,4) y ha realizado un mapeo súper rápido de la casa. He editado el mapa de mi casa para ajustar los nombres y combinar o dividir varias estancias. Se puede indicar qué tipo de suelo tienes por cada habitación y en qué sentido está puesto (para que la limpieza sea superior). Puedes programar las limpiezas y también puedes elegir si quieres aspirar, aspirar y fregar o solo fregar. Incluye el modo Smart plan para que el propio robot determine cómo hacer la limpieza, en función de lo que vaya encontrando. La aplicación de Roborock está muy bien desarrollada y es muy intuitiva. Los mapas los hace con una precisión alucinante. Permite configurar muchísimas opciones, como por ejemplo, el tratamiento que le dará a las alfombras. Puede levantar la mopa y aspirar cuando detecte una alfombra o bien cuando vaya a fregar primero hacer un aspirado de las alfombras, antes de mojar las mopas, o bien omitir las alfombras… y alguna opción más… Los pelos largos en los cepillos también ahora dejan de ser un problema, ya que tiene una cuchilla en medio de los dos rodillos que tritura esos pelos y por tanto ya no se atascan. En pocas palabras, super útil, muy práctico y realmente te quita muchísimo trabajo. Se puede poner en tu idioma y le puedes hablar para que realice las tareas, ya que tiene inteligencia artificial y un asistente muy completo.

Venant d’un Roborock S6 pure, que je trouvais déjà très bon, ce Qrevo Slim est tout simplement incroyable et renvoie mon ancien aspirateur à l’âge de pierre !Tout d’abord cet aspirateur effectue une cartographie extrêmement précise, et rapide de l’appartement (à peine quelques minutes) grâce à sa fonction caméra bien plus précise que le lidar.Les fonctions d’aspiration sont extrêmement puissantes et le vidage automatique après chaque utilisation est tout simplement géniale, plus besoin de s’occuper de vider l’aspirateur, il s’en charge tout seul. Et le sac semble avoir une capacité suffisante pour plusieurs mois.La fonction lavage est loin d’être un gadget : avec ses 2 brosses rotatives, la fonction est très performante : sans équivaloir un passage humain, le résultat est très très bon, les taches, même sèches, sont supprimées.Et la fonction séchage des brosses et vidange automatique de l’eau sale est également extrêmement pratique, bien que légèrement bruyante, mais c’est vraiment supportable.Bref, vous l’aurez compris, cet aspirateur n’a que des atouts et je n’ai pour le moment pas trouvé le moindre défaut !Je ne peux que le recommander

First time user of a robo vacuum. I can say I am amazed. The price may be a bit steep but it is worth it. Excellent cleaning, performs good on bith floor and carpets. Wife is amazed and she is tough with cleanliness. Highly recommend.

Optik und QualitätSeine niedrige Bauweise (nur 8,2 cm hoch) ist perfekt für all die engen Stellen und tiefen Möbel in meinem Haus. War unsicher wegen der Bauweise ohne den üblichen “Laserturm”…hat mich zunächst skeptisch gemacht. Dank der neuen Technologie erkennt er Hindernisse zuverlässig, navigiert souverän um Möbel und andere Gegenstände und bleibt bisher nirgends (!) hängen.Das Design und die hochwertige Verarbeitung beeindrucken – sowohl der Roboter als auch die Basisstation wirken modern und edel. Die Station ist dabei angenehm schlank und kompakt, sodass sie auch in kleineren Räumen problemlos ihren Platz findet.ReinigungsleistungDie Saugkraft von 11.000 Pa ist beeindruckend. Der Qrevo Slim beseitigt zuverlässig Krümel, Haare und sogar hartnäckige Verschmutzungen. Für Teppiche schaltet er automatisch eine Saugkraftverstärkung ein. Dank der ausfahrbaren Seitenbürste und dem Wischmopp erreicht er selbst schwer zugängliche Ecken gründlich. Das macht er viel besser als seine Vorgänger. Vor allem fährt er perfekt die Kanten der Teppiche und Räume ab und wischt diese eigentlich nahtlos. Das hatte ich auch gehofft.Intelligente NavigationEr kommt problemlos unter niedrige Möbel und manövriert geschickt um Hindernisse – ohne hängen zu bleiben. Vorallem erkennt er Gegenstände hervorragend. z.B. Kabel werden fotografiert, umfahren und in der App gekennzeichnet mit Foto!Die Nutzung der Cam beim Reinigen oder das Steuern des Gerätes per Handy ist eine richtig gute Ergänzung.Bedienung und AppDie Bedienung über die App ist simpel und übersichtlich. Ich kann Saugstärken anpassen, No-Go-Zonen definieren und Reinigungspläne festlegen, alles intuitiv bedienbar. Erheblich mehr Funktionen, als bei meinen Vorgängern.ReinigungsstationDie Station saugt den Staubbehälter automatisch ab und reinigt und trocknet den Wischmopp mit heißer Luft. Ein echter Vorteil, da unangenehme Gerüche vermieden werden. Dabei ist es leise und nicht störend. Der Wassertank ist groß und reicht für mehrere Touren.FazitSelten so viel Spaß mit einem Haushaltsgerät gehabt!!Der Roborock Qrevo Slim punktet mit durchdachten Funktionen, einer schmalen und ästhetischen Basisstation und hervorragender Reinigungsleistung. Ein idealer Helfer für alle, die Wert auf Qualität und Design legen!

Ho preso questo prodotto per sostituire un vecchio lg hom-bot, ma che ho smesso di utilizzare in fretta in quanto non era sufficientemente "intelligente" per evitare i vari oggetti degli animali e farmi perdere tempo in interventi manuali.Che dire, sono passati anni e si vede, questo Roborock Qrevo Slim è oggettivamente un altro pianeta! Ho preferito questo rispetto ai vari robot dotati di lidar perchè oltre a diminuire lo spessore e dare la possibilità di pulire qualche posto in più, è davvero efficiente.Fin dal primo utilizzo il robot sembrava muoversi non a caso, e dopo la prima mappatura sa esattamente dove andare e come muoversi.Sto apprezzando molto anche come riesce ad evitare gli ostacoli e come a volte riesce a trovare l'unica stradina possibile se c'è qualcosa di troppo in giro.Il rumore è assolutamente accettabile, e comunque la potenza di aspirazione è regolabile. La pulizia col panno è efficiente, e arriva praticamente al bordo. Ogni tanto magari lascia qualcosina ma non mi preoccupa, è impensabile non dare mai una passata a mano, ma si parla di dettagli.La base di ricarica funziona in modo efficiente, è davvero un plus per chi arriva come me da un robot senza base di ricarica. Il rumore generato da quella non è un problema dato che si può programmare la pulizia anche in orari vari.Il software infatti è davvero ben fatto, dà la possibilità di customizzare tante cose, tipo di pulizia, zona, camere e quant'altro. Le imperfezioni della prima mappatura automatica eventualmente si possono sistemare a mano senza problemi.I lati negativi riscontrati fino a ora sono una singola volta dove si è "incastrato" per un ostacolo lasciato per sbaglio molto vicino alla base, e si era un po' bloccato verso il muro cercando un'altra strada, ma è stato un singolo episodio fino a ora, e per causa mia, quindi ignorabile.I comandi vocali "hello rocky" funzionano così così, alcuni sembra non riconoscerli, con Alexa l'integrazione non è il massimo da quello che ho visto, vorrei riuscire a usare i comandi custom ma al momento ho qualche difficoltà.La recensione è acerba, ma si merita già 5 stelle piene! spero che duri nel tempo, in quel caso sarà stata si una grande spesa, ma dove finalmente davvero si può avere una mano concreta nella pulizia dei pavimenti!
