I use a weights bench for my workouts at home, but while travelling it's a bit difficult to take this with me, so a push up board seemed ideal. And this one isn't bad.The handles have comfortable grips, and can be placed in a variety of holes depending on which muscle groups you're looking to work out. The holes are colour-coded to let you know which holes are for which muscles. The only issue with this is that the explanation for what each colour means is written on an accompanying sheet of paper, but not on the board itself, which is a bit of an issue if you lose the piece of paper.The board also has a couple of metal half-rings, for resistance bands. I did think it was a shame that there were no bands included, and even more of a shame that they won't accommodate the ones that I already have. This is because you cannot remove either end of the half-rings, so if like me you have resistance bands that are one continuous loop, there is no way to hook this around them as there are no loose ends to do so.It would be useful if there was some way to attach the handles to the board for convenient storage or transport, but as it is, these have to remain separate. I do think the board could also use some rubber grips on the bottom. It's fine on carpet, but on hard floors it does slip a little.Despite its flaws, it's still going to be useful for travelling with.

As mentioned, its compact size allows for easy storage when not in use.One drawback I’ve encountered is the lack of clear labeling for the color-coded muscle group positions on the board itself. While a reference sheet is provided, having this information printed directly on the device—perhaps on the reverse side would improve convenience and usability. Additionally, the instruction sheet references only three colors (Red, Yellow, and Green), while the board features four (including Blue). This inconsistency leaves some uncertainty about which muscle group the Blue positions are intended to target.Despite these minor issues, this is an excellent and user-friendly fitness tool. Given its current price point, it represents great value for money and offers a versatile option for home workouts.

This 24-in-1 push-up board has made my home workouts so much better. It's easy to work on different muscle groups with the color-coded system, and the different directions keep things interesting and hard. The ergonomic grips are very comfortable, and it feels strong and safe, even during intense workouts. I also like how easy it is to carry—I can fold it up and take it with me when I go on trips. It's easy to set up, and the workout guide that comes with it is a nice treat. No matter how much you know about exercise, this is a great addition to any plan!

This is a good push-up board if you want to position the handles to target specific muscle groups. I like that it is marked in different colours therefore you can decide what to do with the handles without overthinking. I would say the quality is great and would recommend this product.
