This is very good. Ive used it for the past two days. Each day I took it in the morning, 2 tablets with a glass of water. My hunger and cravings are suspended! No more food noise. I am also fasting and this allow me to exceed my fasting window. I will ubdate this review once I finish my first box, but to be honest I didn't realise this will be so good. No teste, no smell, easy to take.

To be honest, having been taken in by slimming gimmicks in the past, I didn't hold out much hope that these would work, and I didnt believe all the 5 star reviews either, but I was wrong. I'm a snacker! I eat when I'm bored, stressed, depressed, upset or anytime I open the fridge to get milk for a cup of tea and see food. I don't know if it's psychological, but I've been taking two of these in the morning, half an hour before a light breakfast of cereal, and my urge for comfort food has seriously diminished. I'm happy with a light salad for lunch, without the extra crisps and sweet treat I usually have, and I've halved the portion of my evening meal by cutting out the carbs and not feeling in the least bit deprived. On a couple of days I've not even really fancied an evening meal. I might need to reduce them to one a day or miss a day when I have social activities planned. I've had no side effects from the natural ingredients, except maybe the urge to drink more water, which is a good thing, and I've lost 4lb in a week since I started taking them. But it's summer and very warm at the moment. I just hope they are as effective when it's cold and and raining outside.

Have taken these for 4days and I have lost nearly 5lbs in weight but I will say I have been following a 1500calorie diet as well. I only take 2 in the morning and make sure I am getting plenty of fluids and protein.

Whikst it looks like a good supplement it didn't stop the cravings for me. I have a healthy diet and exercise regularly, so I was looking for something to help me crush the mid afternoon food noise. Taking double the dose recommended worked to a point but didn't really wanted to go against recommended intake.Hopefully it worked for other people.Thanks

Llevo tres semanas tomándome dos cápsulas cada día en ayunas y no noto nada. Sigo con el mismo hambre de siempre. La verdad es que he estado esperando para, escribir la reseña y tengo que decir que estoy muy decepcionada. Seguiré tomandolas y si cambia algo modificare mi reseña.

Ich habe eine alternative zu Abnehmspritzen gesucht da ich meine Ernährung zwar umgestellt habe aber immer wieder Fressattaken und Hunger hatte. Ich war bei diesen Kapseln sehr skeptisch aber ich brauchte etwas um meinen Hunger und die Glüste zu zügeln. Die ersten 3 Tage mit den Kapseln hatte ich mehr Hunger wie sonst und war schon furchtbar enttäuscht, dachte dann aber da es pflanzlich ist könnte eine Erstverschlimmerung vorkommen. Ab Tag 4 blieb der Hunger komplett weg, ich musste mich rehelrecht zum Essen überreden. Das ganze ist jetzt 6 Tage her, ich schaffe keinen Tag auf meine Kalorien zu kommen und die Waage hat heute ein Minus von 1,3 kg angezeigt. Ich bin schwer begeistert. Selbst beim Einkaufen habe ich kein Interesse mehr am Essen.
