This item seems like a good item and would be 5 starts BUT!I am a disabled individual and thought this would help give me a little bit more exerciseBut it’s just too hard for me and my disabilitySo I had to returnBut this review is based on me and my needs so I don’t see why anyone else would have any problems it seems good if only I could do it

The fact that you can use it indoors is what i ultimately love the most as i always struggle using ropes esp indoors and i have a lil one, now i don’t have to worry much and also the grips both have something you can insert some weights on which is useful esp if i’m on my treadmill and i want to have something to lift as i’m running.

A ropeless skipping rope sounds strange, but this skipping rope offers you exactly that. You can either attach the standard skipping rope, or you can attach two separate short ropes with spherical rubberised weights on them. So, let’s just say, not being the most proficient at skipping, I opted for the ropeless option. The weighed ropes were easy to attach (no tools required) and then it was out into the garden for a skip. I have to say the experience was quite good, the rotating weights gave the feel of using a normal skipping rope, but without the risk of tripping and falling. With the jumps and arm swings I really did feel I had a meaningful exercise, but as I say with no risk of tripping. If unlike me, you are good at skipping then fit the rope.The quality of the skipping rope is good, with rubberised handles, rotating handle ends making it easier to swing the rope, steel wire rope, for strength covered in a thick rubberised coating and a very useful counter where you can also set limits on time and skips, which make it ideal for a workout

Great quality ropeless skipping rope, perfect for indoor skipping or in small spaces where a rope could cause issues, but you still want to exercise. Skipping is also a great high intensity exercise. This also has an LCD display, and tracks weight, time, jumps, and calories. It also includes features like a 60-second countdown, sound reminders, and auto-shutoff. Really clever idea, well made and well executed-highly recommended.
