I personally feel these are the best in the market. Someone said on here that it isn’t Liposomal but there wrong, Liposomal doesn’t have to just be in a liquid. These are a high dose and really powerful tool to not allow you to go on antidepressants. I take this in the morning and take saint johns wort the end of the day when I am feeling my worse.

Not an immediate fix but I’m sure it does help with anxiety and mood swings. I was a bit sceptical but I actually felt better after only 3 or 4 days. May be psychological but I do feel more relaxed and my sleep pattern has improved.

I have ADHD. Drinking coffee and energy drinks can put me to sleep. SoDon't drink this and any coffee or energy drinks because you will not be able to sleep during night time.Product is great. Gives me alertness through all day. Not focus but alertness.Great. I do recommend. Bought my second bottle already.

Very powerful and potent. I as silly as I am took 2 foe few days then 3 one day and ended up with saffron poisoning face swelling. It's only safe at 100 mg a day which I learned only now! It is saffron and it's potent !

Really disappointed with this. There are no certificates of authenticity or quality assurance, which already made me a bit wary. The colour is strange – proper saffron should be a rich red or reddish-pink. I used it for several weeks and noticed no effect whatsoever. Feels cheap. Overall, a complete waste of money. Wouldn’t buy again.

Ich nehme diese Safran Kapseln im Rahmen meiner ADHS-Behandlung, nachdem ich auf eine medizinische Studie gestoßen bin, die nahelegt, dass Safran positive Effekte auf ADHS-Symptome haben kann. Eine bemerkenswerte randomisierte, doppelblinde Pilotstudie verglich die Effekte von Safran mit dem Standardmedikament Methylphenidat (Ritalin) bei Kindern und Jugendlichen mit ADHS. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass Safran in der Kurzzeittherapie eine ähnliche Wirksamkeit wie Methylphenidat aufwies, wobei beide Behandlungsgruppen signifikante Verbesserungen der Symptome verzeichneten und die Nebenwirkungen vergleichbar waren.Was bei Kids funktioniert, habe ich mir gedacht, kann bei Erwachsenen evtl. auch wirken.Das liposomale Safran habe ich mir ausgesucht, weil es hochdosiert und frei von Allergenen ist.Ich nehme eine Kapsel morgens. Nach etwa 1 Monat habe ich das Gefühl, dass meine Gedankengänge ruhiger und geordneter geworden sind. Mein inneres „Grundrauschen“ ist etwas zurückgegangen. Auch meine innere Unruhe hat sich leicht reduziert, was sich vor allem in stressigen Situationen bemerkbar macht.Natürlich reagiert jeder Mensch anders und ADHS ist nicht gleich ADHS, aber für mich sind diese kleinen Kspseln eine wertvolle natürliche Ergänzung, um meinen Alltag etwas entspannter zu gestalten. Ich werde sie erst einmal weiternehmen.
