This is an excellent suitcase - everything it promises really. It is light and easy to manipulate, with four wheels that work smoothly. Very roomy and you can expand it if needed. I can fit everything I need for 2 weeks in here. The two outer pockets are useful too. Very study and well made and a nice khaki-ish green colour. There is a side handle as well as a top handle. It is pretty stable standing, depending a bit on how heavily packed it is but the wheels don't lock so I sometimes put it on its side if standing with it on the tube or whatever.There's a combination lock - I haven't tried it though. Excellent value.

Needed a larger case for my daughter and I to go away for a week and wanted to only take one lightweight case Plenty of room for what we needed (we both also took a medium backpack) and easy to manage due to the four wheels. Suitable for taking on National Express coaches as ( just) under their maximum size.It seems sturdy , of course only time will tell, but it has reinforced corners etc where you might expect extra wear. The two way zips seem strong and didn’t stick at all. Very good design outside pockets which make them easy to use. Very pleased with it so far , will update review after further use in a few months

I usually go for 2 wheeled suitcases as the wheels are more protected. However the ease of manoeuvre with 4 wheel case seemed to be worth the risk of them getting damaged in travel, especially by air.After a lot of looking around, these cases seemed to fit the bill. I ordered two different sizes but the medium was too small (forgot size includes the wheels that stick out unlike a 2 wheel model) so ended up with two 29" models. They are VERY light, which is a bonus if you travel economy. The quality looked really nice and handles are strong and appeared secure.So as we packed for a flight I was really pleased all around, although the wheels sticking out still concerned me whilst they go through the baggage carousels etc.4 wheels was really good getting to the airport etc so big tick there. Picked up bags on the carousel on the other end and they had picked up plenty of dust, but any soft shell ones will I guess.After holiday repacked, off to airport and dropped bags off. That is where it all went wrong. Bag cam out on carousel, looking like it had gone 3 rounds with a heavyweight boxer! The inner plastic was totally destroyed and case integrity had failed fit only for the dump. To be fair the handle and wheels were still working and although a little unstable I was able to wheel it away. I will be taking the wheels off to use on the other case as looking at the wear on them after only one holiday, they aren't going to last the 8 years my old "cheap " 2 wheeled cases did.I reported it at baggage claims at airport who said, "we get a lot of that, the wheels tend to catch and spin the bags into machinery".Is this a design problem? Is this a "not fit for purpose"? I'm not sureSo, question is, do I replace the one bag with identical or go for something stronger without the stick out wheels?

This medium suitcase is perfect for a 3-5 day holiday. The two pockets on the front are a decent size. It has side and top handles as well as the extending one. Nice depth with plenty of room. The 4 wheels are smooth running and it has an address label on the back. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

Was a little surprise when I took it out of the cardboard box, span the suitcase 360 degrees to find the wheels pulling the suitcase in opposite direction. Quality seemed good but asked for my money back as it wouldn’t have been much use

A good quality suitcase that is easy to use. The wheels turn smoothly. While some wheeled suitcases are cumbersome with wheels that do not move well.
