Privacy policy is a bit sketchy

It doesn't seem too egregious, but in my understanding it does say they can kinda use your data/results however they want as long as they "anonymize" it first, and there doesn't seem to be a way to opt out of that. So you kind of have to put a lot of trust in that anonymization process, which I'm skeptical of, since there aren't a lot of folks in my area with my exact demographics. Maybe not as big of a deal for you though.

Pretty sure my swabs that I returned to the company got lost in the mail. I've never gotten results. I did try reaching out to the company via their email form/contact info, but no one ever responded.

This kit is like a Dr visit and labs

You have to put yr info in an app and I am thinking they will use that info to compile with your mailed off results from the test to give me their supplement recommendations. Then to know if there are changes you can take the test again. So maybe want an alias because I don’t know if HIPPA applies here. We are getting into big bucks now but really probably not more then if you were paying out of pocket for the tests through a Dr. office. I do wish it was a little more affordable. This is an incredibly thorough and prescise test kit that has a lot of information. However, I felt most of it was just to upgrade you to their personal vitamins or products that they'd prefer you to use. That being said, the basic information you receive is incredibly useful and the turn around time on the delivery is impressive.

Costly but helpful for healing

First, the kit is packaged top-notch. This kit tests the oral microbiome and will offer suggestions as to what supplements and vitamins to help minimize oral imbalance symptoms. It's very pricey which I understand - it uses AI technology - something new and really is such a cool concept of testing at home. You do have to register and it requires a lengthy questionaire to be completed. Once you get results in 4 weeks, you purchase the suggested oral products. The biggest thing to note is that you have to purchase another kit at the same price as original to test again and uncover any changes. The package price should include that in my opinion even if the initial cost has to be higher.
