Product is great, looks good and quite fast.However you have to assemble the tiller yourself so need an Allen key.The tiller is adjustable up and down but no other way.The seat moves but not close enough to the tiller for a small person.This scooter is best for someone not too heavy. I am just over 11 stone and 5ft 9in so fits me well.There is a metal tow bar which is pulled out of the frame after rotating it.The battery charger is good with a cut off when fully charged.Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
