It's a bit hard to tell if this is helping or not, as when I do do keto, which is twice a year, alongside a caloried deficit I always get great results. So I'm not sure if this has accellerated those results at all.It does have some key ingredients that I usually take anyway separately during keto, such as chromium, and canitine, and AC, so its great to see those in there too, just not at the quantity I would usually take them on.I have felt full of energy during this months keto, despite been on keto and in a calorie deficit. I imagine that energy is coming purely from my body fat, however I trust this will be helping me in some ways too, however its just hard to tell if this alone is helping more than without. However I will continue to take them.3 capsules per day, 60 dcapsules per tub which is a 20 day supply, which is unusual considering most supplements are usually a 30 day supply.

Happy with the product but the quantity of capsules is a strange one. If the dose is three a day why is there sixty in the bottle? Buying every 20 days isn't very subscribe and save friendly.

I have followed a keto diet on and off for two years. I got these to see if they were worth the hype.Sadly, they gave me incredible nausea that lasted several hours following ingestion. I persisted with taking these for a few days to see if there was any correlation and sure enough, the same happened. Incredible nausea lasting several hours - I suppose in a way they kept me keto because I could eat anything!You get a lot of capsules for the price. Appears to be good quality natural ingredients.

I like this as I can feel it ramping up my metabolism and that in turn gives me heaps of energy. We are all different but I have noticed that B12 and B6 can make me a but jittery if I am not careful, i think it is possible due to the fact that a lot of products have added B6 - most energy drinks, oatmilk in my coffee etc. All in all I am impressed with this.

This combines a lot of supplements I already take and packs them into one supplement. It's almost a vindication (to me) of some of the supplements I'm taking because the fact they have combined them all into one signifies to me I was on the right track in taking them in the first place. This should help boost your metabolism and help you stop storing that pesky fat.The only problem with these complexes (combinations) is that quite often you don't get as much of the supplement as you would if you were taking them individually. Having just said that, serving for this is 3 tablets per day before each meal. Which on reflection is probably similar to the dosage I was taking individually. I was only taking one of each of the supplements per day. This also brings me to some other issues. That doesn't make this great value. This contains 60 capsules and at the recommended serving amount of 3 capsules per day this is only a 20 day supply. So considering the price I don't consider that great for the wallet. If it doesn't help you get slim I'm sure it will have that effect on your wallet. So although I do trust the ingredients contained it's just not as friendly for your wallet.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule, something that is always the case from this brand. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 3 then they will last you around 20 days. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your metabolic health.

The apple cider vinegar tablets are of great taste. They are helping in digestion and losing weight. I take them with warm glass of water empty stomach 35-45 minutes before breakfast. Showing good results. Happy with product.

Ormai da un po’ di tempo assumo integratori di questo tipo avendo iniziato una dieta ipocalorica. Parto dicendo che il flacone continente 60 compresse, contenenti estratti vegetali, vitamine e minerali utili per mantenere un maggiore senso di sazietà, rallentare la digestione, aiutando quindi nel dimagrimento. Il glucomannano si comporta come una fibra che a contatto con l’acqua si espande e da quindi un maggiore senso di sazietà, motivo per cui è fondamentale assumerlo con abbondante acqua. L’indicazione è di assumere 3 compresse al giorno, mezz’ora prima dei pasti principali. Ad oggi, dopo averlo provato per qualche giorno, posso dire che il senso di sazietà promesso effettivamente si nota, certo è che se si passa da un’alimentazione classica ad una ipocalorica la fame sicuramente si farà sentire. Questo integratore è però un aiuto per chi vuole approcciarsi ad una dieta. In definitiva il prodotto per me è comunque promosso.
