I have been using the JIELISI A4 Metal Guillotine Paper Cutter for a while now and it has exceeded my expectations. I had a rather cheaper guillotine from somewhere else, and found it didn't really cut straight. I guess that's one of those times that you "buy cheap, buy twice" because after suffering wonky paper cuts for a few years I finally caved and invested in this cutter, which is far superior to my old one for not much more money. Good value, love the movable magnetic guide, and it's a really sturdy item with an all-important lockable blade, which was a very important feature for me.

Can't think of any reason not to give five stars. It's sturdy and does an excellent job of cutting accurately. I didn't have any problem to correctly aligning the paper and had no problem with cutting 6 sheets at the same time.

I bought this guillotine as I saw quite a few good reviews. However, every time I tried to cut a straight line for a card, it was wonky. After checking the blade I noticed the whole blade was wonky and wasn't cutting right.Other than that the guillotine was a good practical size, one of the main reasons I brought it for was due to its size and for the card guidelines.Shame it wasn't accurate and fit for purpose, I returned it for my money back

It's ok. The cutting arm itself has a very slight bend in it (at least on mine) so the cut isn't millimetre perfect, which is annoying for my use case. I got it with a little bit of money off (down to £27), otherwise I wouldn't be happy spending full price on this.

Gemischte Gefühle
Ich habe diesen Papierschneider im Rahmen des Bolo Vine Programms kostenlos erhalten.Ich habe täglich mit Papierschneidern zu tun, egal ob Rollen, Stapel oder Hebelschneider, gerade deshalb fällt es mir schwer nachzuvollziehen wieso dieses Produkt existiert…Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an:+ In der Preisklasse das Wichtigste: Der Papierschneider funktioniert einigermaßen+ Die Anschläge haben tatsächlich 90°, man bekommt also auch ziemlich gerade Schnitte+ Das Aufgedruckte Gitternetz ist auch innerhalb akzeptabler Toleranzen+ Die Schnitte sind für einzelne (auch dickere) Papiere recht sauber. Ich hab bis 230g getestet, das funktioniert einzeln recht gut+ Preis ist für einen Hebelschneider wirklich sehr günstig+ Verarbeitung ist im Allgemeinen OKNun zum negativen:- Der Schneider funktioniert nach dem Quetsch-Prinzip, ähnlich wie moderne Scheren, da kann nichts nachgeschärft werden und gerade bei solchen Maschinen ist das meiner Meinung nach essenziell den die Schneideflächen nutzen sich recht schnell ab bei solchen Geräten- 10 Blatt, selbst einfachstes 80g Papier sind eigentlich schon 2 Blatt zu viel. Die Schnittkannte ist nur bis 5 oder 6 Blatt wirklich sauber.- Irgendjemand hat bei der Qualitätskontrolle gepennt. Das Pad welches das Papier beim Schneiden hält wurde bei meinem Gerät von der Klinge erfasst, weil sich eine riesige Gussnaht daran befand. War zum Glück mit einem Teppichmesser schnell behoben.- Jemand hielt es scheinbar für eine gute Idee die Schneidflächen zu lackieren. Das heißt dass man die ersten Schnitte schwarze Lackkrümel am Papier hängen hat und der Lack an der Stelle jetzt abblättert. Hatte ich so ehrlich gesagt auch noch nicht gesehen.- Der Hebelarm ist (Bauart bedingt) sehr schwergängig, man hebt den ganzen Tisch mit hoch wenn man wieder öffnet. Also definitiv ein „Beidhänder“ :)- Der beigelegte Magnetische Anschlag ist vermutlich gut gemeint aber völlig nutzlos da sich einzelne Blätter mehrere Milimeter darunter schieben können ohne das mans merkt.Der Preis regelt hier sehr viel, wenn der Schneider teurer wäre könnte ich ihn nicht reinen Gewissens empfehlen. Zum Zeitpunkt meiner Rezension kostet der Schneider 36,99. Mehr als 40 sollte man dafür auch nicht ausgeben.So kann den JIELISI A4-Papierschneider vor allem im Hobby Bereich empfehlen, wenn man unbedingt einen Hebelschneider will. Er funktioniert, wenn man ihn nur ab und zu mal braucht lohnt sich ein teureres Gerät vielleicht einfach nicht. Fotopapier kann er, bei laminiertem Papier, vor allem einseitig, wäre ich vorsichtig.Für 10 Euro mehr gibt’s wirklich gute Rollenschneider mit ähnlicher Schneideleistung an denen man länger mehr Freude hat.

Dieser Schneider ist schwer, und daher standfest. Er ist super schön zu bedienen und ich bin voll zufrieden mit ihm. Hatte zuvor einen günstigeren, der war qualitativ meilenweit von diesem entfernt.

Leider zeigte sich beim Auspacken ein deutlicher Mangel, der die Nutzung zunächst erschwerte.Verpackung:Die Verpackung war stabil und schützte den Papierschneider gut vor Transportschäden. Der Karton war fest verschlossen, und alle notwendigen Teile wie der Griff und das Befestigungsmaterial lagen bei.Material und Verarbeitung:Der Papierschneider ist größtenteils aus Metall gefertigt, was ihm eine stabile und robuste Haptik verleiht. Allerdings war das gelieferte Gerät verbogen, sodass die Klemmvorrichtung beim Herunterdrücken unter die Schneidkante rutschte und an dieser scharbt, sowie kein bündigers absenken der Schneidekante existiert. Ich musste das Gerät, durch Biegen, selbst nachjustieren, um es funktionsfähig zu machen.Design:Das zweischneidige Design funktioniert nach dem Quetsch-Prinzip, was bedeutet, dass das Papier nicht geschnitten, sondern gepresst wird. Diese Technik liefert saubere Schnitte, solange das Gerät korrekt ausgerichtet ist. Die Sicherheitsschutzvorrichtung und die Klingenverriegelung sind durchdacht und bieten einen soliden Schutz.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis:Der Preis des Papierschneiders ist attraktiv, insbesondere für gelegentliche Anwendungen im Hobbybereich. Für den derzeitigen Preis ist das Gerät akzeptabel, aber der Mangel bei der Verarbeitung lässt mich zweifeln, ob ich es uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.Fazit:Der JIELISI A4-Papierschneider ist ein praktisches Gerät für gelegentliche Schneidarbeiten im Hobbybereich.
