Introduced to fairy fabric conditioner and washing pods when it transpired the brand I was using was, due to dry skin and psoriasis, becoming too itchy. This brand is better and means my clothes and bedding smells fresh. The bottle arrived well packaged and undamaged. The delivery driver did not leave it by the door. A neighbour kindly saw the item and handed the product to me. Bolo refused to publish previous review because I said I could ill afford to replace list stolen items. So it appears even Bolo are restricting honest opinions. Photos were deleted upon previous post that was not published so can’t show secure packaging. I don’t buy this from Bolo again and if they are preventing honest feedback I will not renew membership with a company that silences customers and only lets product testers publish feedback. The product itself is worth buying but whether the product arrives undamaged and the delivery is as customer asks - by the door - is hit and miss depending upon the decency of the drivers who are charged with delivering the item and like I said restrictions on posting reviews ARE being subjected to what appears to be a stranglehold on freedom of honest opinions.
