I have just used my new Ninja ProChef and i'm impressed.I cook a lot and anything that makes my life easier is welcome here. I have to say that the ProChef comes very well packaged. It comes in a branded brown cardboard box, in the store ready box then a presentation box. In the box is the ProChef, charging base, AAA battery and instruction book. Not sure if Ninja have an updated model but it was strange seeing a battery and not a charging cable.The ProChef is easy to set up. You need to download the ProChef app either from your app store or by scanning the QR code. Then you just follow the instructions on the app. You will need to charge the ProChef before use so set up before needing to use.When you're ready to cook your instructed in where to place the ProChef by the app. I had to choose the type of meat and cut then decide how well i wanted it cooked, once that was done i popped it in the oven and started the program on the app. I found it took a long time to register the ambient temperature so didn't give me a cooking time for about 15mins. You must leave the charging base near where you are cooking to increase the bluetooth range.I got an update when i turned the oven down after the first 30mins, telling me that cooking would take longer due to the lower temperature, then another notification when it was time to take the pork out the oven. I was making pork with crackling which wasn't crunchy when finished so i did pop it under the grill for 5mins but i should have left the pork to rest after taking it out the oven.The pork was cooked to perfection and not too dry like i usual cook it as i would have left the joint in the oven till the crackling was crunchy which would have overcooked the meat. The ProChef was easy to clean and then pop back into the charger ready for next time.Very handy tool if you cook a lot or if you're new to cooking and worried about cooking meat thoroughly. Works well alongside other Ninja products if you have them.

Problem getting the Ninjia Pro Connect App
Somehow, I am not able to get the App that connects the Thermometer to my phone, from Singapore. The App is not listed at the Apple App Store.How can I resolve this?

As a big fan of Ninja’s products, I couldn’t resist adding it to my cooking arsenal.I primarily use this thermometer for my outdoor electric smoker, allowing me to maintain a consistent smoke without opening the door during the cooking process. However, I’ve also found it useful for grilling, and it works exceptionally well.The app accompanying the thermometer provides step-by-step instructions and placement recommendations based on the desired meat type. It’s easy to use and read, offering both food and environmental temperature readings. This feature proved invaluable when my propane ran out while I was lounging on the couch.After some time, the app estimates the cooking time and even alerts you when to flip the meat. As an average cook, I can confidently say that this thermometer has significantly simplified my cooking process, reducing the likelihood of over or undercooking, on food that I don’t cook often.Cleaning the thermometer is a breeze. After cooling, I clean it quickly, ensuring it’s ready to be recharged. The thermometer remains connected via Bluetooth until it’s securely placed in its cradle.
