I think this is better than E45 for the hard skin on my feet.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and I'm pleased with it. I had already got rid of most of my hard skin on my feet, so wanted to use this to maintain, as I read that high urea cream will break down keratin on the feet. It is definitely effective at this, and is really moisturising, it has a nice consistency and subtle fragrance. I forgot to use it for a few days and my skin started to get dry again, so I think consistent use is important with this. I like the pump dispenser, makes it much more convenient, and this bottle size is good value for money. Very pleased.

Not a bad cream but doesn't appear to be absorbed as well as a well known brand cream I use. It has made a difference to the hard skin but has taken some time to work and soften my skin. it has made my feet feel more moisturised so happy with that. Good size container with plunger dispenser so easy to control amount required making it good value for the price.

Since using this daily, my terrible feet have been in the best condition I can recall.It’s an excellent preventative treatment but the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because it’s not as good as flexitol at healing the splits in my feet when they (now rarely) happen.
