Almost invisible when dry, easy to apply - though it does smell quite strong at first - and dried within 24 hours. Leaves a tough, semi-matt coat.I can see this being useful for sealing around areas like toilets, worktops and sinks where you definitely don't want anything to get absorbed!!The pot was a good size for my job - though I did need to use clingfilm to reseal the pot.This was great for painting into something to waterproof it, BUT it's NOT suitable sealing up gaps and holes, unless you fill them with something else first.

Used it on my bricks under my bay window which had got frost damaged in the winter. Seems to work well. one tub covered three quarters of the bay. I expect it will give protection next winter and stop any further water related damage

Product is great. It is wary to apply and once dry it works. Stopped a leak in my car at the boot seal.

Waste of money .. runny , takes agers to dry … like wall paper paste not strong at all … just drips off leak ….

Brilliant product, easy to use on any surface but do wear the gloves. On metal it will take a while to dry but really great and 100s of applications.
