Fits my KitchenAid perfectly and was a lot easier to mix the dough than my bundled hook. I also prefer stainless steel to the plastic coated one you get sent with the machine. Definitely recommend.

I love my Kitchenaid and regularly use my dough hook, so am delighted to have a spare one. This fits well and the fact that it is stainless steel rather than white coated like the original is a plus as there is nothing to chip. Absolutely delighted with this - and much more reasonably priced than the original.

Good solid strong stainless steel hook mixer, fits onto my Kitchen Aid perfectly. Very easy to use and mixes the ingredients in the bowl well. Easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.

This is a steel dough hook that feels solid and is a high quality. It does not have the white covering that is on the original hook. This is good because after a while, it chips off. This hook is just steel and slides on very easily into place. It is easier to put on the mixer than the original one. This hook performs the same as the original. A great price and very pleased with it.

hook fits my mixer very well, as well as the original.love that it is stainless and as such there is no coating to chip off like what happens with the ogitionals.This is very easy to clean and i have just been putting it into the dishwasher.

Better Than The One That Came With The Mixer
I make a lot of bread, mostly pizza dough, and the dough mixer that came with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer is starting to chip. I don't like seeing chipping on anything that I put into food, so I was excited to get this replacement. It does a great job and it can be put right into the dishwasher to be cleaned. No more worrying about handwashing. This is definitely an improvement - I love that it is stainless steel and there won't be any chipping away at the finish.

Besser als mein KItchen Aid Classic Haken
Wir haben unsere Kitchen Aid Classic schon über 15 Jahren und es war endlich mal Zeit einen Edelstahl Haken sich anzuschaffen. Der Haken ist aus 304 Edelstahl und somit hervorragend für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln geeignet. Dieser Haken wird klassisch für Hefeteige genutzt.Er ist sehr gut verarbeitet und passt ohne Neujustierung der Höhen-Justierschraube der Kitchen Aid direkt in meine Classic. Das Kupplungsstück des Edelstahlhaken ist besser ausgearbeitet als bei meinem Alu Druckgusshaken von Kitchen Aid.Ich habe das Gefühl das durch die etwas breitere Ausgestaltung des Hakenendes der Knetvorgang schneller erfolgt. Dies läßt sich jedoch erst klar nach mehrfacher Nutzung sagen.Ich bereite sehr oft Hefeteig zu. Deshalb halte ich die Werbeaussage das der Teig bei diesem Haken weniger klettert als bei andern Haken für falsch. Dies ist meiner Meinung hauptsächlich abhängig von der Füllhöhe der Schüssel und vor allem von der Konsistenz des Teiges.Nur zur Klarstellung ich sah keinen Unterschied bei der Kletterneigung zwischen den Tanice Haken und dem Kitchen Aid Haken.Es gibt nur einen wirklich schon zu vernachlässigenden Nachteil bei dem Haken. Beim Rührvorgang, vor allem wenn man beim Knetvorgang mit Mehl oder Zucker den Teig nachjustiert, kann sich oben auf den Haken deutlich mehr ablagern als bei meinem alten Kitchen Aid Haken.Die Reinigung per Hand oder in der Spülmaschine ist sehr einfach.Kurz gesagt, ein tolles Produkt zu einem günstigen Preis
