I use the spray and lotion twice a day, morning and evening, in the morning for extra energy and in the evening to relax the muscles after a hard day, the lotion has a light aroma and is well absorbed and does not leave a greasy mark, it moisturizes perfectly due to the Aloe Vera in the composition. Presentable packaging, perfect for a gift 👍

This is the most beautiful moisturiser I’ve used so far! Lovely delicate scent, feels soft on the skin and absorbs really well. Because it contains magnesium, helps for a good nights sleep too. Lovely.

I like that there is no overpowering smell to both lotion and spray. The consistency of lotion is really light and non greasy. I use it daily in the evenings, my skin, muscles and joints feels more relieved from stiffness. Really pleased with this product.

After a short time the spray has stopped working. Poor quality design, now doesn't spray yet full but hard to administer. Have contacted support to see what they'll do and will update this accordingly.

I especially use it on my legs, lower back, and feet after a long day. It helps release tension, relax muscles, and help me sleep better. The star of the show THE LOTION has upped my husbands massage game x10It glides on my skin super smooth , it doesn’t have that oily greasy feeling that makes us steer away from massage oils due to the residue I feel afterwards. The lotion also keeps my skin super moisturized so sometimes I just use it after I shower lol. Also it really does have some kind of healing effects because I swear he rubbed it on my skin after a long day on my feet and I just felt the aches melt away.Only 4 stars though simply because I don’t understand the point of the spray lol. It definitely set the mood though. & only two ingredients in the spray is commendable.

Restless Leg Syndrome - It's does works.

I do like the product, and it definitely works. However, the spray—though marketed as an oil—tends to dry out my skin. I wouldn’t recommend using both the spray and the moisturizer daily unless your Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) symptoms are particularly severe at night.I suggest starting with just the moisturizer each night. If that doesn’t help enough, start fresh by washing your legs and applying the spray first, followed by the moisturizer. This layering helps lock in the product.Be aware that the spray might cause some initial itching—that’s normal and should subside. Some people don’t adjust to magnesium right away and may choose to rinse it off.Overall, it’s been effective for my RLS, and I’m glad I purchased it. My sleep has definitely improved.

Effective relief and smells great

I’ve been using both the magnesium oil spray and the lotion for a couple of months now and I’m honestly impressed. I originally got it for muscle tension and soreness after workouts. The spray gives this nice warming tingle when you apply it (just make sure to avoid recently shaved areas), and it seems to work fast, especially on tight shoulders or calves. The lotion is super soothing and I like using it before bed. It helps me relax and I feel like I sleep better when I use it on my legs and lower back. Plus it’s a more natural option which I appreciate. The spray has no smell or residue and the lotion actually smells really good, like something you’d find in a spa. The smell is clean, calming and not overpowering. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to help with muscle tension.
