My entire house is a combination of tiled and wood floor so it has to be vacuumed and mopped regularly. This is so time consuming, I actually employed a cleaner but longed for someone to produce an effective product that could combine vacuuming with mopping all in one so I could do it myself. I wasn’t even aware if this was possible until I saw something on Instagram where an influencer was reviewing one of the Tineco machines. After researching the overall concept of this type of machine, I was happy to go ahead and make a purchase. Initially I had decided to buy the Tineco FLOOR ONE S5 COMBO POWER KIT 3-In-1as the instagram reviewer had recommended Tineco and when compared to the Shark, Bissell and other wet and dry cleaners, this model seemed to give me what I was looking for (a wet and dry vacuum along with a cordless vacuum stick for high level and quick vacuum cleaning), that is until I checked the Bolo comparison section before finalising my purchase, where I found the Dreame brand. Having not heard of this brand before I did a fair amount of research again. I’m so pleased I did because the Dreame H12 Dual was less expensive, also include a self cleaning and quick drying function which was further supported by an average rating of 4.3 across 3,155 reviews which was significantly more than Tineco. I’ve had this machine for over a month now. It’s utterly fantastic (I can’t believe I’m actually making that statement about a floor cleaner when I hate cleaning so much). I am amazed on how thorough this machine is. It doesn’t matter if you’re just using the stick vacuum or if you’re using the full blown wet and dry, this machine will pick up dirt that you didn’t even realise existed. I tested this when I first got it by using my traditional Miele vacuum on my entrance mats, then followed up with the H12 cordless stick. I was amazed to see what the Miele hadn’t sucked up that the Dreame H12 did! I typically vacuum and mop my floors a few times a week, live on my own, have a no shoe household and a small dog whose feet are towel wiped if it’s wet outside. I tested the wet and dry function of this machine when I first got it by going over where I had just vacuumed with my Miele and mopped with a Vileda turbo smart spin mop. I was truly amazed just how dirty the water was when I finish the cleaning process 😱. Because this machine self cleans and dries, it’s so quick and easy. I now wet and dry clean 3 times a week, it picks up all manner of dirt including human and pet hair, and yes the water is dirty each time but, it’s nowhere near as dirty as the very first 😱. I have also noticed that the grouting in the tiled areas has remained clean, unlike the mopping process! Really great investment.

WOW I don’t know how I survived without this amazing machine. Mopping floors is the most tedious household task out of all of them. I have tiled floors through the ground floor of my home, so filling the bucket, carrying the bucket and emptying the damn bucket is a logistical nightmare for me every day. UntilNow, this magical gadget is a total game changer. One tank does my whole house and leaves it smelling so fresh and clean. The depth of cleaning is second to nothing I have ever used before -vileda super mop, flash speed mop, spinning mop, magic mop BE GONE I have tried them all and nothing compares to this beautiful creation. It mops it sucks it dries in super quick time and it even cleans itself !!!It’s a dream come true (pardon the pun)This has changed my life seriously, even my husband uses it and he moans about everything !!Do yourself a favour and rush and buy this. I’ve even bought one for my daughter as she’s pregnant and it saves her back and the boring mopping chore. If the dog pukes it’s gone, if you spill a cuppa, it’s gone if your kitchen tap is leaking, it’s gone simple.My clean water tank was leaking and I rang the supplier and they were brilliant and sent me a new one straight away.Full marks for design, functionality and ease of use for anyone even if you’re disabled you can use it with ease. The media could not be loaded. It's only good as a duster like those spray and go mops where they have a wet wipe at the end of a stick. It's not suitable for actual dirty floors or cleaning up spills as it just pushes the water away from the machine instead of sucking it up.I had a Tineco for a year or more prior to this one, which stopped working after almost a year and Tineco wouldn't replace it because they didn't have the same model to replace it with (that's because they keep throwing out new models), so I did so much research into other brands, including watching many YouTube videos like vacuum wars. This is just one of those products that seem to work well at first when you test it out, but when used for actual dirty floors and large amounts of liquids it can't handle it.The first one I bought was faulty, it did what other people experienced where the pump wasn't working so it said please fill the clean water tank, so I sent it back and bought another.This one seems like it's working well by collecting dirty water, but it's only good for small amounts of dirt for a short period, once the roller is wet after a longer period of use it stops collecting. It's as if if the sensors get dirty so it thinks the tank is full or near full, or a little bit of fur by the roller stops the water getting sucked up. However, I have included a video where the floor was clean and I was just trying to suck up a puddle of dog wee and it just pushes it away, even when I'm going very slowly.I'm sick of trying these hardfloor cleaners out. The first one I had was the Bissell crosswave, but the tube of that one eventually cracked and became useless (a common fault due to cheap parts).

Just about the best product I have ever purchased.This cleaner washes floors thoroughly and effortlessly.The best thing is that it is self-cleaning.It is expensive but well worth the investment.

So far so good! We have now used the cleaner 3 or 4 times and so far it's impressed. We have a dog and sometimes dog hair can be an issue. We were hoping this device would allow us to hoover and mop at the same time but the dog hair seems to get wet and stuck to the floor. This has meant we need to quickly hoover first. Not a big issue as this still saves so much time compared to getting a mop and bucket out. And it leaves the floor looking just as good but with quicker drying times. The mop is so easy to use and does a great job!

Il en fallait du temps pour faire un retour correcte.Au début il paraît lourd, vu qu'il avance tout seul on doit avoir un peu de force pour le faire reculer. Puis finalement on s'y habitue très vite.Il aspire et nettoie très bien, surtout les bords de plaintes ou de meubles.Il y a trois modes, normal, ultra et aspiration. Le ultra il met un peu plus d'eau que le normal.J'ai des animaux, en période de mue il doit aspirer beaucoup de poils, alors parfois le voyant (vert 🟢 quand il fonctionne) devient orange🟠 voir rouge 🔴et aspire plus fort. Au début je croyais que c'était parce que l'endroit était fort sale, mais il n'en ai rien, il aspire juste plus fort pour retirer le bouchon de poussière qui s'est formé au début de la vanne d'aspiration.Au début, les premières utilisations ne soyez pas effrayé par la couleur de l'eau. C'est franchement dégueu tellement c'est sale. Et pourtant je lavais deux fois par semaine avant, aujourd'hui c'est tous les jours. Il a fallu attendre plusieurs semaines avant que l'eau devienne un peu moins sombre (mais même après 1 an elle est quand même sale, c'est fou quand même)Il ne va pas sous les meubles, car il ne faut pas le pencher !Entretien. Alors là ne négligez pas le nettoyage malgré le mode "auto nettoyant". Ne laissez jamais l'eau sale dans le réservoir après l'auto nettoyage. Nettoyez bien le réservoir et le filtre manuellement ainsi que la partie qui fait contact entre l'aspirateur et le réservoir (il reste souvent des poussières et cheveux dans le trou)Ne négligez pas également le nettoyage profond de la brosse. Dans le colis il y a deux rouleaux, je les changes une fois par semaine. Et je les nettoie avec de l'eau bouillante et du bicarbonate (vous verrez à ce moment là que l'auto nettoyage ne nettoie pas en profondeur, l'eau du rouleau est bien sale)Si vous le ne faites pas, vous remarquerez qu'au bout d'un moment lorsque l'on nettoie, l'eau qui sort du rouleau est sale.Le produit nettoyant vendu avec est vraiment bien, il laisse une odeur agréable, ne laisse pas de trace et ne mousse pas (n'utilisez pas les détergents habituelles qui eux moussent), mettez la quantité requise et vous ferez un an avec la bouteille !Bilan.Je ne pourrai plus jamais revenir à une autre façon de nettoyer, le faite qu'il aspire et nettoie en même temps c'est un gain de temps incroyable, j'arrive à faire une maison de 100m² avec la batterie (même après un an).On évite d'aspirer d'autre liquide que de l'eau (comme j'ai pu le voir dans des pubs) parce qu'après il faut nettoyer entièrement l'aspirateur pour ne pas qu'il y ai de mauvaises odeurs. Donc éponge ou microfibre ça vous fera gagner du temps.Même si le prix est onéreux, le gain de temps et d'eau en vaut la peine (je rappelle d'un Seau c'est 5L, plus le nettoyage) ici c'est 900ml et moins de 2 L pour tout nettoyer.N'hésitez pas une seconde, surtout si vous voulez gagner du temps !

The media could not be loaded. Je l’utilise surtout pour la cuisine qui est assez grande et qui se salit assez vite avec les chiens etc.. Le déballage est digne d’un produit Apple, on sent que le fabricant n’a pas lésiné sur la qualité. Le produit (savon) livré avec l’appareil ne m’a pas trop convaincu car il y a parfois des traces qui apparaissent après séchage sur le carrelage noir. J’ai lu que c’était le gros problème du H12 pro et qu’il faut mouiller la brosse à l’eau chaude avant utilisation. P-e que cela va s’estomper avec le temps. Mais à part ça l’aspirateur fonctionne hyper bien et est très facile à utiliser. Il faut bien vider les bacs à eau (propre et sale) après utilisation sinon il risque de dégager une petite odeur désagréable.. Bien utilisé c’est un excellent ami au quotidien.

Uzun araştırma neticesinde bu ürünü almaya karar verdim. Fiyat /Performans çok iyi. Önce kablolu veya kablosuz ürünler arasında kıyaslama yaparak, şarjlı versiyonuna karar verdim. Kendi kendini temizleme ve ardından kurutma özelliği de olumlu faktör oldu. Kutu içerisinde bulunan deterjan, yedek başlık, yedek filitre, temizleme fırçası ve bunların hepsini şarj istasyonunda toplu halde saklama olanağı çok iyi düşünülmüş. Kenarlara başlığın iki tarafı ile ulaşmak gayet güzel, minimal kuruluk kalsa bile beni rahatsız etmiyor(neredeyse yok denecek kadar).Auto- Mode ile kirlere göre güç ayarlamasını kendisi yapıyor. Temizlemesi kirli su haznesini boşaltırken anlaşılıyor, gerçekten şaşırdım. Aküsü beklediğimden daha uzun dayandı, Salon, Mutfak, 2 Oda ve 2 Banyoyu sildim üçüncü odada şarjın azaldığı bildirimi geldi. Umarım Akü uzun zaman dayanır. Evimizde sadece bir tane orta boy halı var, diğer taraflar silinecek zemin ve bu ürün ile süpürme ve silme işlemi bir anda yapabilmek inanılmaz zaman tasarrufu ve çok keyifli.Eksisi mobilya altlarına çok kısıtlı ulaşıyor, bunu ben biliyordum.Kullanım kılavuzu Türkçesini içermiyor, benim için sorun değil, ama almak isteyenlere bilgi olsun.Almanca, İngilizce, Fransızca, İspanyolca ve Rusca var.Uzun vadeli kullanımı nasıl, henüz bilmiyorum ama umarım uzun süreli bir memnuniyet olur .
