I bought these because they are high strength and easier to take than the resin. (and you never know what is legit with it!) These are awesome, taste good and there are so many servings for the cost!

i've always loved gummy bears since i was a child, so thought that gummies that will help me feel better must be good. These are vile. Theyre so sweet that there's a horrid sweetness stuck to the roof of your mouth for about an hour after just one, yet i can eat 100 grams of gummy bears with no issue. i don't seem to get any benefit from these at all and that aftertaste sweetness is enough to make me vomit - will not be buying anymore and will stick to the resin type Shilajit which DOES actually make me feel a bit better and more lively

The thick resin shialjit is very messy to use if you don't store it up right. Its consistency is like tacky tar on road surfaces, melts once in hot water. The pre package sugar flavoured is shilajit dose is consistent to take every time. The resin is a guest in dose each time . Not been taking it long enough to give any amazing claims yet but I feel my mind feels energised.

Ive been using the resin for around 2 months and hated the mess and taste. These have the same levels in as the resin but are SO much easier to take. I just leave a few in my Gym bag to take.
