Like an earlier reviewer said. Just pop one at a time in boiling water for 15 seconds then pop one in your mouth over your teeth press it and "suck" and push onto your teeth with your tongue and fingers. Then pop under cold water to keep the molded shape. Then do the same with the second. Worked great for me keeps shape and works perfectly. A good value good product

I was sceptical as the reviews were so mixed. I wanted these to use as whitening trays. Getting 4 is 100% necessary as it takes a fair few tries.I didn’t actually manage to get a good impression of my bottom teeth and in the interest of time, I gave up and only did my top teeth.The top one came out pretty good though and is effective but it did take me 2 attempts. I’ve seen pics of peoples melted blobs and I’m afraid that is user error.I used boiling water straight from the kettle into a mug and dipped the moulds in, as soon as I saw the edges started to curl (between 5-10 seconds) under the water I’d pull it out and test tackiness.You have to be quite quick getting it from the mug to your mouth (making sure there’s no pools of boiling water in the mould) as it toughens quite quickly and you really have to push the moulds up against your teeth with your fingers to get a good impression.One thing I did notice was the moulds became more visually obvious once the mould dried, sometimes it looked like I hadn’t got a good mould and then when I went back to look after other attempts I realised it was actually a pretty good impression.Also worth noting that for my own impressions, it only went about 5 teeth back and then sort of tailed off, this wasn’t an issue for me with teeth whitening as those teeth are the only visible ones, but may be an issue if you wanted them for something else.Top tip: to trim the top down to the edge of your teeth (I needed to do this in order to wipe away any excess gel off of my gums to prevent irritation etc) I used a new pair of nail clippers and it worked an absolute treat.It would be really hard to get as close a cut as in my pic with normal scissors, although nail scissors would probably be ideal! Ive never had professional moulds but I imagine they would be smaller in the mouth; I can’t hardly talk properly with mine in, quite bulky.

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. Dead simple and easy to use, got upper and lower moulds done first time with no hassle or struggle and happy with quality.10-14 secs in a mug of freshly boiled water whilst holding it by the tab, pull out shake vigorously for half a second to get rid of excess water and place straight into your mouth. Close lips and suction it to your teeth immediately. Remove after 20-30 secs and ran under cold water. Could not be easier

It's made out of a very hard silicone. Impossible to have it adjusted to your teeth. Straight to the bin.

These are ok for the price, but they are hard to mould as when they are soft enough (having been soaked in hot water) they are too hot to press onto your teeth, but as soon as they cool down a bit they don’t mould very well. They were cheap and they perform as such.
