I've never had issues with Nemesis Now figures. Only ever with Bolo deliveries. The figurine not only arrived by being thrown OVER my gate, but then was predictably damaged by the act. As its close to Christmas, I don't want to waste time returning the item and waiting for a replacement that will likely also be damaged. I've done my best to repair it (luckily these figurines are easily repaired) but I'm so tired of Bolo having no regard for packages.

Love it's wee face, cute , adorable. Good quality, detail and decent size. Love this!* When taking out of it's well packaged box, be very careful. There is a red string round the neck which you need to untie. Push circle out of back and push frog forward very carefully. Take time and care with wand and head when doing this. Helps to ease a bit of front too. Mine was immaculate and well painted.. Very well packaged, just take time and don't panic. It does come out. Hope this helps, this was my experience.Arrived on time and would recommend

The media could not be loaded. A super cute addition to my collection! Again the attention to detail and the dark eyes are what keeps me coming back to buy more! I love how creative they get with the new animals and things… I will look forward to the next release!

Der Stab war durchgebrochen, obwohl die Figur gut verpackt war. Habe es selbst wieder mir Sekundenkleber angeklebt. Süß ist der Frosch ja trotzdem. Ärgerlich schon, da ich einige Figuren von Nemesis besitze, die alle unbeschädigt ankamen.
Poorly packaged, arrived broken
The media could not be loaded. This little guy is ADORABLE…. However, it was not packaged properly at all. The box was shipped in an unpadded paper mailer with zero bubble wrap or protection. It isn’t fun to spend money on a new and unique collectible and then have to fix it and re-paint it myself.
Poor package
Item is cute but no protection for product in shipment lead to broken pieces. Label was folded over full of hair and dirt. Box was ripped due to being opened previously. Now unless I pay for additional postage will not have for Christmas.
