Work as expected. Battery doesn't last long but I may have got it wet hence dying early. Would be better if waterproof. Cheap and cheerful.

I use these in my commercial kitchen and they are very good quality! The battery life is outstanding, the display is very clear, and testing them with boiling water and ice cream shows that the accuracy is dead on!
